Dunkin' — Restaurant in Worcester

My review of Dunkin Donuts. I remember back end of the days when everything was always fresh but now it depends on the workers. How good are they in their job? Because now it's like a risk of taking depending on the day and time in the hour that you are fine, good stuff and very fresh. But now like I said is a risk of taking including breakfast, lunch or the evening. Because it's sad how the way a person wants to buy something fresh. Something sweet to enjoy and you don't get that now. The coffee. Well let me give you a review of the coffee. The coffee used to be very flavorful. Now the coffee is very watery. Now you buy coffee. It's like you buying coffee with more water than the flavor of the coffee and then they have the dignity to increase the prices on a water coffee. I don't think so. So my review from five stars they are getting two stars because they are going down hill. Like I said I don't know if it's the workers, the management or the company itself. The owner and manager need to set better customer service standards in the store . I was in this morning Sunday January 22,2023 the music behind the counter was so loud you couldn't give your order. There were two young associates at the drive up standing there, one other took my order and money and went back to making coffee for the two incompetent drive ups. There were two hard working older woman doing all the work and one finally saw me standing there angrily. I said your music is to loud and I never got my order. They are very rude ppl and I asked them nicely to toasted my child bagels but it was completely burneedand when I said it’s burned she got really rude and mad at me and give me very disrespected answers ba , that’s not the problem my son is allergic to meat and she was making all the sandwiches with the same gloves, which is illegals Violating safety guidelines in restaurants and she was touching the bacon and keep doing the other sandwiches at the same time and her hand was completely greasy and disgusting, she hand it to me with attitude and I end up taking the sandwiches but I throw it away because my son can’t eat it and went to different place , very...
