Bad customer service skills, as soon as we asked for cappuccinos they said with an attitude, NO we don't have that, only cold coffee, (-12 degrees outside) so then we asked for regular hot coffee, and they said yes, and then we asked for a sandwich, and again an attitude to say they don't have that, finally we were given the order wrongly made, a wanted my small coffee with almond milk, and there was barely almond milk on it and my husband wanted no almond milk at all, and they poured it on it. Another customer came in behind us and he was nicely and respectfully treated, what does make the difference between customers? I don't think that's the way to treat customers I work on customer service, and even when I don't have a given product, I answer respectfully and offer options in a empathetic way. Service was terrible. There was no communication skills. I ordered a water and had to stand 5 minutes and finally ask for my water. Given with an attitude and and water out in counter. I ordered bagel bites and saw them be handed to another customer, I waited assuming I was wrong. I asked for my food and was told another customer must have grabbed them and went back to what she was doing. Excuse me (No they were handed to another customer) but not my fault. Can I have my order. ("Huuhh! Your gonna have to wait!") She says. Obviously, I've been here 15 minutes what's another 5.

She claimed her name is ally. Was extremely rude.. left me waiting at the register saying nothing . So some other ppl walked in telling me they ring up where food os delivered I guess. And when I walked up gave her my money and told her what I wanted.. she refused to serve me. She said she was taking the man who just walked in behind me. I was like why u seen me waiting their and said nothing. 2 other ppl walked in confused too. She claims she dont have tp tell me nothing and she can take orders where ever she wants.
