King Chef — Restaurant in Worcester

DO NOT ORDER FROM KING CHEF. I decided to order Chinese Food from King Chef restaurant. The delivery person was early, and so he called me and left a voicemail telling me that I BETTER answer the phone, or else I won't get my food. He aggressively talked like this for 30 seconds, and proceeded to text me in all caps: "WHERE R U FND HERE", and once I found him (he was also at the wrong door) he disrespectfully gave me the food and kept telling me how wrong I was to not answer my phone. Very calmly, I called the store, saying that I was disappointed at the service I got from the delivery, and THEY PUT ME ON THE PHONE WITH THE DELIVERY GUY who did not apologize and then told me if I thought he was disrespectful when he dropped the food off, then to listen to him now. He then got an even more aggressive tone telling me how busy he was and how I was at fault for this. I then, again very calmly, asked to be put on the phone with the manager, or a worker that could give a complaint to the manager, and then he just said, "Sorry, lady, they're busy" and hung up the phone. I tried calling back two times but they just pick up the phone and hung up again. I am so upset at the way I was treated, and I can imagine you would be too. With all of the other options for Chinese in Worcester don’t waste your time with this place. The only reasons I gave it two stars are because you can order online and the food was ok. Besides that, King Chef is not worth it. I called the restaurant after an hour of ordering only to be ignored and listen to the employee screaming at someone else. Not only did she answer the phone “hello?” without even stating the restaurant name, but she was having a conversation with someone else about delivery drivers and no one wanting to work. I waited about 2 minutes until she came back to me said screamed hello again. Our food came an hour and 20 minutes after we ordered and the driver told me the total was $24.33 but the online receipt was $22.72. It sucks for her because that just ate into her tip but I questioned the differences and she told me it’s a delivery charge which is incorrect because I was already charged a delivery fee. I really only order from here because Great Wall closed. The food is just "meh". Ive had better but I have also had worse. Nothing about this place makes me wanna rush to order from them. I really cant say much about the staff because I order online for delivery. The driver doesnt say much and Im fine with that. Just give me my food, here is your money. Now goodbye. When the guy showed up, the bill was $63.83 (which is what is was supposed to be, tip included) and I noticed that an extra $5 was written in on the tip line. I called and mentioned it and the lady on the phone said that she had written it there. Her excuse was that she forgot to put the tip in with the card.
