Ming House — Restaurant in Worcester

I wish I could of rated this a 0.This place is trash. Ordered food for lunch at my job. Got the food opened it up and had hair in plain sight right on my food. Called to complain and had the manager yelling at me as if I'm the reason their hair was in my food. Asked for my money back and the manager asked what the hair looked like.... as if it mattered whether it was long hair or short hair. Told them I wanted my money back and they told me to come back for it. As i told her i wouldn't be able to until after work she sat there and told me i needed to be there now. I told her i was at work and wouldn't be able to until 430. She also tried yelling at me saying i picked up my food an hour ago and just called to complain now... i only had my food for about 10 minutes when I found it. I strongly recommend not going here. So I had order over the phone for a delivery for me and my family . The pleasant gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude off the back but we love Ming’s house so I dealt with it . When I asked for ginger sauce and hot mustard they said extra charge !!! Extra charge for hot mustard I could understand ginger sauce yes but hot mustard no . We got the food no issue but what I would like too know is how you charge for hot mustard and then proceeded too add water into it ? My 6 year old tried it and says mom why does it taste like water . HORRRRIBLE ! Dont bother ordering delivery, just go get it yourself ! I order chicken & plantains , it took 1hr 10mins . So of course when it arrived my plantains were cold , along with my chicken. Im easy going i dont mind reheating BUT plantains are inedible once cold. I called and calmly explained that my $20 and Hr wait was disappointing because i have cold plantains.
