Sorry Subway. You need to work on your employees attitude problems. Customer service is an issue here. What happened to the slogan of "Have it your way" when I can't have it my way? I asked for my wrap to be heated with the cheese. Simple right? Employees almost jumped over the counter and hit me. They said that they can not do that. I had this done in other Subway's with no issues. Very disturbing and disappointed. The matter of not having the wrap my way didn't affect me but the amount of anger and attitude that came with it, OMG. I wish you can go undercover and see for yourself what I am saying.
