La Playita Mexican Restaurant Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Worth Township

I ordered food from here and as you can see I included pictures.

I called them once I received my food because I realized they only really gave me one spoonful of guacamole, they only gave me a little squirt of sour cream as you can see just on the top, and they honestly included absolutely zero nacho cheese with my nachos!!

Who does that?

I called them very calmly trying to talk about the order and the lady on the phone just continued to tell me that they only put the ingredients that I select on the app and I have the receipt I'm looking at it explaining to her exactly what I ordered and she's telling me no that I'm wrong. I basically have a container full of chips meat and lettuce and a little bit of jalapenos. They completely made my order wrong and when I explained to them that it was okay that they got it wrong they still continue to tell me that I'm wrong and I am just blown away by the response after I was so kind to the lady on the phone. I went to work all day and I'm tired and I also waited an hour for this food ,which was expensive as it is just for some nachos. To these people it might just be one wrong order but to me I was really looking forward to enjoying my food from a place that I thought I could trust.

We came here six days ago for lunch time and the food was great! Steak nachos as an appetizer were filling and tasted so good. We had chicken Milanese which was excellent and a steak burrito platter which was full and flavorful. The flan was the freshest! Cecelia was so attentive and informative. We told her we would be back for margaritas on Tuesday. Today we returned and the margarita was great. Steak nachos were excellent again! I had the full combination platter that had one of everything! Please see pictures. The soup is delicious too. I ordered the steak shrimp fajita platter that was so excellent and the shrimp were cooked perfectly. Everything so flavorful as usual! Cecelia was so kind and helpful with our choices. She is the best! The tres leches cake was so well made and the flavors were spot on. We will be back as this is our new favorite place. The owner stopped by our table and we couldn’t say enough about how excellent the food and service were. He was pleasant and kind. This is a place we will visit regularly. Great food. I've been here a few times and the food is usually good but tonight my girl and I went there to eat in the outdoor setting they had. When we arrived at about 8:40 tonight the waitress greeted us and said she would sit us in one moment as they had to clean the table.

After waiting for about 15 minutes (even though they had two tables available) we were finally seated. From there we ordered drinks while the two ladies that came after ordered and after another 10-15 minute wait we were told they didn't have all they needed to make my drink but did not bring my girlfriend hers even though there was no issue with her drink order.

They then brought out the two women's drinks who came after us. Then they got my new drink order and had us waiting and additional 15 minutes. Then we finally left. The service tonight was horrible..

We arrived at around 8:40 and it took 15-20 minutes to be seated while there was no one ahead of us nor was there a need to wait for a table to become free and from 8:40-9:30 we received nothing but sorry for the wait. No food, not even straws...
