These Ube Muffins are now part of the elite group of my most favorite muffins I've ever tried, ever. That is coming from someone who adores and preaches muffins. I am looking forward to get more and I hope that this flavor will remain on Earth at this location forever as I would not bear for this muffin to only exist in my heart. You can't call yourself a muffin enthusiast before trying this one. You simply cannot miss it! I am super glad my friend is always on the lookout for new muffins and let me know about this shop. I was shy, but the employees there were very understanding and non judgemental when I was just staring at the muffins for a couple minutes deciding what flavor to try. My favorite place to go in the AM before work. Wonderful people and great food. My favorite duo is an iced mocha latte & avocado toast (made fresh every time). I decided to try the mini pumpkin cheescake and it was exceptional! After leaving today, I had trouble getting out of my parking spot due to cars dropping their kids off behind me and the male employee came out and asked them to move so I could get out. Had lunch on 111th and in the same strip mall we found YSR dessert bar. The pastries all looked amazing. Muffins, all kinds of brownies, and cakes. The also have smoothies and the teas with the tapioca balsa. I wanted to try some different so I ordered the Ube muffin. I was explain that Ube is like sweet potatoes. It's purple ( it looks pretty) and this muffin was amazing. Flavorful but not too sweet. I look forward to going back to try the teas.
