I wish I could give this place zero stars. From the moment you walk in, it’s clear that cleanliness is not a priority. The floors are sticky, the tables look like they haven’t been wiped down in weeks, and the air has a stale, greasy smell that should’ve been my first warning.
The staff? No gloves, no hairnets, and no basic hygiene. I watched one employee wipe their nose and then continue handling food like it was nothing. Absolutely disgusting. It was a simple misunderstanding, but when I went back in to politely explain, the owner was very argumentative with me and actually said to me “you need to learn how to order properly” so I just laughed and asked for my money back.
Needless to say, I’m not going back. It’s just not worth it and there are definitely better, cheaper bagels elsewhere.
I would recommend “Lincoln Bagels” on the corner of Lincoln and Minerva. They make the best bagels and are the kindest...
