I don’t think the woman at the drive thru window realizes how snappy her remarks are, or maybe she does, but both times I have visited have left me a little perplexed. The first time I went, I asked her what kind of shakes they had and she responds with, “if you look at our menu, you’ll see we have _, _, and _.” While that is quite true, I don’t believe it’s the most professional way to answer a question from a customer. The second time I went, the same woman (you’ll know if you ever have her because she screams so loud out of that speaker that it scares you every time she talks lol) explained to me that she can’t put what sauces I want for the mozzarella sticks, only on the chicken strips and to ask for sauces at the window. Again, pretty standard info, but instead of it sounding like “can you please remind me again at the window so I don’t forget your sauces” it’s yelled to you that she can’t be bothered to remember what you want and to remind her later, like it’s an annoyance for me to ask. The delivery is way off on good customer service, and working in the food industry myself for many years, I know I would never come across that way to my guests. Read moreThe people were begrudgingly courteous at best. Not rude but not very there. And the service was pretty slow. The food was okay at best. We were a group of two. The chicken sandwich was cold, our curly fries were pretty cold too. I had ordered a beef n cheddar and wanted extra cheddar. I was almost drowned in the amount that was put on my sandwich. I went back for a Jamocha Shake. But as you can see in the picture that wasn't even a Jamocha Shake. It was a vanilla shake trying to masquerade as a Jamocha Shake. I took two sips and tossed it due to nothing but vanilla flavoring. And the floors were awfully sticky, like walking across fly paper. The entire seating area was like that. The employees saw and heard my complaints but just shrugged it off. Like it was nothing new and they didn't care. I also watched them very loudly kick someone out. Tho he seemed like he had caused a commotion before. So understandable to a point. I don't know this place just made me all around uncomfortable to even complain after that show...
Read moreGreat staff with the exemption oof one or two but most of the time they are wonderful. I even had a wrong order once on my lunch break but I never called or said anything. A couple days later I went up there and placed the same order and just asked them at the end to make sure that it was right and just said what was wrong with my last order so the lady gave me my total of like 14 dollars and i drove to drive thru window to pay. When i got up there she said your total is 5 dollars and I said no that must be a different car or order because mine was definitely more than that and she proceeded to tell me that the manager heard me and knows I come at least every week or two and she wanted to make it right. That's somewhere I don't mind spending my money because they cared enough to try when I wasn't even asking them to and that said a lot to me. I continue to go there and send my co workers especially for the mac and cheese it's the best!!!! I hope they keep it and bring the pizza...
