Shop here frequently. Average selection. Decent prices. Good sales. Excellent pharmacy and pharmacists. Often have popcorn, water, and coffee to the right at the south entry.

It looks like it was set up to be kind of like a warehouse club atmosphere as opposed to the cozier local grocery feel of most other locations. Otherwise the location is good, easy to get to, and provides ample parking. Many employees are very friendly and helpful, some a little less so but overall pretty good.

The can/bottle return area, like most, has issues with jamming and being neglected. It's location near the entry gives one a feeling of stickiness and uncleanness, though that is thankfully not the case in the rest of the store. The customer service desk is often crowded but moves people through pretty quick. A few self-checkout lanes and half a dozen or so regular lanes typically moves people through reasonably fast. Restrooms are not the greatest; cramped, dirty, and not easy to access.

The only real head-scratcher is the motorized carts for the handicapped. They are tucked in between the ice machine and the North entry and the area is exactly wide enough to park 2 units. There is no side access and one must climb over the front of the carts to get into one. Terrible setup. For a device that is meant to assispeople with mobility issues to be so difficult to access is...

Well I gave this store another chance since I quit going here do to long lines at self checkout and Long lines at the 1 and only cashier they had open. I use to love shopping here but it's went down hill big time. People where walking out do to long wait just to cash out and honestly I almost did too. The employees are nice don't get me wrong but the fact that 90% of the time there isn't even an actual cashier and only self checkout is available is a frustrating. When u get to self checkout it goes wacky and starts flashing damn near at every single station. Poor guy was trying to manage 8 self checkouts blinking simultaneously because the system is terrible. I would not suggest this store to anyone trying to get in and out because you'll spend longer in line than shopping. Get it together family fare I originally gave this store 4 stars and had to give it 1 because nothing has changed. AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU...

This is where I was doing all of my supplemental grocery runs. I came in with a headscarf on, there was an employee doing bottles at the front door aggressively staring me down the whole walk in, and then shook his head in a way that expressed that he was disgusted

I called the store director and he was all but directly saying "I don't know what you want me to do". You're a store director in a neighborhood grocery store that's in a heavily multiracial/multi-ethnic area and you were just informed that one of your employees was caught intimidating POC on the way in to the store, by the person being intimidated themselves, are you really not sure or are you gonna give cover to him to keep doing it?

If you want a non-zero chance that someone to treat you like dog crap on your way to buy donuts and pop and have the store director basically say 'uhhhh I'll have a talk with him about it I guess' when you call it out, this is your...
