EDIT!!! 6/17/2025 First and foremost THANK YOU to the young man and older lady in the front for patiently dealing with all the customers ALONE!!! Second-where is the staff??? This nice old lady is being pushed like she should not be and getting attitudes from customers on your behalf(she deserves recognition) as well as the young man with dreads in his hair!!! Third- and I know it’s because she is being rushed at lunch time with only 2 other workers here with her but she needs gloves when putting fries in the bag!!! BUT AGAIN I blame UPPER management for that!!! I wish I did t hate McDonalds as much as I do because I would definitely be there!!!
So I went through drive through and first and foremost I was being rushed to place my order being asked multiple times “are you done yet, is that it and anything else” 3 different ways of telling me to hurry up!!! Then because I was being rushed I forgot to ask for onion rings and so when I pulled up to the window I asked if I could please exchange one of my fries for an onion ring and (here’s the kicker) I was told “no sorry but it’s too late we already made the fries” I asked “what, do you mean, I want onion rings instead of fries” and was again told “sorry but it’s too late to change it) BEING A RESTAURANT OWNER, I would fire any of my employees that told a paying customer something like that!!! Now I have to go to nasty McDonald’s!!!...
Read morei come here very often it’s the perfect location for me but i will no longer be coming i made a mobile order WITH MY NAME MIND YOU and received a completely different persons order. when i told them it was the wrong order they asked me my name in an extremely rude tone. if it were me i would have apologized kindly and gave them the correct order that’s how jobs work. clearly these workers have no respect for anyone and i genuinely am not comfortable here anymore. why i come somewhere for good service and get treated horrible is absolutely beyond me. the manager who works here aswell is extremely disrespectful and angrily slammed the cash register because of a complication that SHE had and then continued to slam the window in my face and not even say anything. could never treat a customer that way it’s horrible. the picture attatched is APPARENTLY a medium fry and this is all i received in it after i had that order switch up issue. they also took back the bag that i already reached into and im sure gave it to the other person. very unsanitary hopefully they tossed that out i wouldn’t be happy if...
Read moreI love to order online everyday from this place and never had a problem with it til I ordered twice from the app. This old lady that works there has told me once that I should have had ordered my food on the register when I got there witch to remind you I ordered all the time about 15 20 mins in advance because of the drive from Mohegan to Wyoming. So I decided to ordered again today from the app and she ended up rolling her eyes at me and was all confused on how to work the register for the mobile app. How can you have people work there if they don't know how to use the register for the mobile app? This is not just once this is twice now. I definitely don't understand how they can have some rude people work for them and to be able to say what they wanna say or even roll their eyes at customers. Then they wonder why people are so rude to them. They can't even handle fast pace restaurants and yes I have worked at a burger king before and never been rude to any of the customers you know why because they are always right as the industry...
