Empanada King Wyoming — Restaurant in Wyoming

This is my first time at the location. I walked in to find a man standing at the counter waiting to order. He informed us that he’s been standing patiently waiting for about 5 minutes or so and not one person has come to speak or greet him. Politely, we knocked on the door to the kitchen to get someone’s attention and inform her that there are customers. A rude woman came out of the kitchen and was short with the very kind gentleman in front of us. He just wanted a to go menu so he could order for his family.

As we were next in line, we approached the counter, still the worker very short with us, she took our order. Then she disappeared to the back. It’s now been over 20 minutes and we are still waiting for her to exit the kitchen.

Hope the food is better than the service because this establishment shouldn’t even be open if she’s just going to spend her time sleeping, playing on her phone, watching Netflix or whatever she was doing in the back that she was getting...

I went to the Wyoming location today and everything was fantastic! I was greeted with a friend "Hello, what can I get you?" I got my usual, one chicken and cheese and one buffalo chicken empanada with two sides of pink sauce. I've had them many times and never have a complaint. Today, my husband was with me and he ordered the crunch deluxe for the first time. This was actually the first time they made this menu item because it was just added to the menu! It's three tacos piled high with lettuce, tomato, onion, beef, cheese and cilantro. When the chef came out, he was so excited to have served me the tacos. You can tell he takes pride in his food. 06/26/2024-It was 11:15 a.m. I walked into the business. The worker walks in the building and says we are not open yet. I looked at the door and stated that it says open at 11:00 a.m. . He said we have no cooks and then proceeds to tell me "give me a minute" and walks in the kitchen. Unfortunately I did not have time to wait. The food is excellent but unfortunately I wasn't able to enjoy it. Three other guys walked in right behind me and I let him know what the worker said. They didn't have any time either so they left. Your business lost four potential customers. If you couldn't open at your stated time, the door should have been locked with a note on the door.
