Dunkin' — Restaurant in Wyoming

I frequent this specific dunkin because I make a few errands near rivertown crossings and also work in this area. I never really write reviews but every few times I go to this dunkin there’s one specific girl who makes the experience unenjoyable consistently. There’s a young black girl with braids who’s most likely the same age I am (and i’m not being racist i’m also a young black girl with braids!) but she always has a nasty attitude and is unhelpful, rude and somehow always in a rush even when i’m the only person in line. The last time I went here I made a mobile order for an iced coffee and 2 small food items and they told me to pull around to receive them. I did and she comes out and is shoving my items at me through my car window, and this isn’t the first time this has happened with her trying to shove things at me in a hurry. I tried to grab each item with one hand but I didn’t have enough fingers to fully grasp my coffee, so I turned to put my other items down in my car and use both hands for the drink. Which if i didn’t do that, she would’ve dropped the drink inside my car and i’m lucky that I caught it. Each time I go I try and be courteous and respectful because i’ve worked food service before and know how stressful it can be but always would remain respectful even if i’m in a bad mood. I said thank you and she doesn’t say anything (she never really says anything back and if she does it’s in quite a rude tone) and walks away, and my friend who was in the car with me witnessed this whole thing (not the first time she’s seen this girl do this) and we were both confused why she was being so rude. The drinks are almost always correct and taste fine, I get either one of two drinks and they’re not very elaborate. The bagels are sometimes a little too toasted but the food is alright. I hate that one of my favorite places has become a place I actively avoid now.

I don't know if it's the management or just carelessness in general but it's really gotten worse every time I've gone. I've been told to pull around for my simple online order (after waiting 20 minutes in drive thru) to be brought out to not be brought out (after waiting right by the window where I can be seen, for another 20 minutes) then obviously lied to when I went it for it. This has happened a few times. There's reasons people can't go in to pick up, even when I've remained in the drive thru for my online order, it's always confused. Maybe their system for online orders needs a rework. Management was very responsive however, and I appreciate that greatly.

My drinks are never full when I've gone lately. Missing inches from the top. Food is very overpriced for how much you get, but I've never had a bad experience with quality of food. Customer service is poor, very few mutually friendly experiences.

I say this as a previous (very) underpaid and overworked barista at another very busy company - I truly get it... But this location is not worth it. There are zero excuses for poor quality drinks and service. Especially being a kind and patient...

Do not come to this location I have been going here for a year now every single day and order the same drink a refresher and add green tea not that hard right ? But today when I order it and come to the window and seen they made it wrong I asked him once he tries to hand it to me it was made wrong I asked can I have green tea to it and he laughed in my face and told me his manager told him he can't make it that way so I asked if I can speak to them because I don't get the reason of why they can't make it for me because the manager told me because they don't make it that way and told her I come here everyday and get the same thing and now it's a problem then wanted to refused to make it and told me next time order it correct when I did ordered it correct and then another employee had to make it really bad customer service and I will not be back again I was there number one customer and they lost that don't...
