LaRosa's Pizza Wyoming — Restaurant in Wyoming

I’ve had several problems with this location in the past they were amazing and I understand with Covid happening a lot of people are overwhelmed over worked and just stressed out but I’ve ordered from this location recently and my first order I order on line it told me my order would be ready in 15 mins I waited 20 mins just because I know things happen so when I arrived I sat in the drive thru for 7 mins because it was a line when I pulled up to the window first it was several people by the window talking and no one flagged down the cashier so I had to ring the bell to get help once I told the lady my name she shut the window and never came back so a man came to the window ask if I had been help I said yes but I did not pay so I ended up paying to be told that my order was not ready now at this point they had well over 30 mins so I waited in the parking spot they told me to go to I stayed there for 10 mins no one came out so I walked in there was no line and the cashier walked towards the counter where I was standing and then turned back around after saying hello for a few mins she finally came back and said I can try to help you I told her I was waiting for my order for about 40 mins and she said well I’m short staffed so I don’t know what to tell you and then walked away and they were not short staffed it was at least 8 people cooking in the back so a few mins past she came back with my order she said for my wait I could get a free drink I looked at her and politely said no thank I will contact cooperate because this...

A large pizza was ordered tonight for pickup. It was very dry; little to no sauce and the green peppers were undercooked. A second trip was made to the restaurant for return and reorder. When recooked, entirely too much sauce (I couldn’t tell until I sliced at home) was on the pizza. NOTE: I did not ask for extra sauce….; I just wanted the pizza recooked with the normal amount of sauce and the green peppers cooked. Way too much sauce was added!Adding so much sauce to the pizza made the slices very sloppy. I refused to make a third trip to the restaurant tonight; therefore, the pizza was thrown away. I have been a loyal customer at this location for 28-30 years. The last several times, the pizza’s taste and quality was lacking the normal consistency. However, tried again…. Needless to say, dinner tonight was terrible. Very, very, very disappointed. NOTE: I did not ask for the extra sauce (the cook volunteered and told me he added extra sauce…). I just wanted the pizza...

Stop by to bring my little one to eat for dinner...stepped in the older lady at counter..very dry..told me to walk back to podium and wait to be seated..waited 5min..ask the young man doing napkins to get us someone so we can be seated..okay young lady comes out wearing her purse..not very excited and welcoming at all..seats us and ask us do we need a few minutes.. then ask her for a kids menu..its clearni am with a kid who will need that and crayons....she comes back..are you already..yes..we order and food comes out..pizza doughy and cooked but not cooked thoroughly..Coke was syrupy...long story short the service was not to my liking and I will never be back!! I'm reading alot ofnyour reviews..you all need to work on customer service and presentation of your food!! Larosas quality has went down over the years at one time it was the best...
