Roberto's Pizza — Restaurant in Wyoming

Tried Roberto's. The guy that answered the phone to take the order was very snippy and short as far as customer service it was bad. I almost considered canceling the order but went with it. We ordered a Philly sub, burger and an order of fries. We also ordered cheesecake pizza which looks good in the ad but it's sure is not like the pic at all. When we got the food the burger was cold. The patties were dry except for a small amount of cheese on the top patty. There was (diced not sliced) tomato and chopped pieces of lettuce next to the burger. They charged $13.50 for that processed pre-cooked fake smoked flavored aftertaste dry "burger" and it said it came with chips but it did not! I was ill a whole day behind that meal. I had ordered the fries that are $6.00 and they were in small piece of foil crunched into a loose ball. They were cold and soggy with tiny burned pieces. This is where I found the condiments for the burger. A pack of mayo n mustard and a couple packs of different brands of ketchup and a small container of watered down ranch. So $20 for that mess. The flat mostly dough cheesecake pizza was $11.00. My grandson didn't have any complaints on the sub. I honestly didn't look at it myself. So I spent $50 and it truly was not worth it . I called the next day around the time I ordered yesterday ( I didn't feel good most of the day from that burger) and asked for the manager n he said he was . I told him about the service as well as the food and he said they were considering getting 100 percent raw ground beef and he said he would review the call n get back with me. About an hour later a lady called and said the manager had reviewed the call, agreed the order taker needed to be talked with but we got what we ordered. I ordered a burger and got the double patty for $5 more for just an extra patty. She said they are a pizza place and it was my risk for trying it knowing I might not like it, ignoring it made me sick and the fries condition and small portion. She said well that's how it goes when you try a new place. She offered $10.00 off my next order . I asked for at least the burger n fries off but she claims that wouldn't be good business for them. I did ask names and turns out both people I talked to were the owners...well Kathy corrected me when I said aren't you guys the owners.. she said she was the owner and her husband was the manager. I feel they should have identified themselves as the owners from the start.. not the manager n an employee until I asked her name and she said Kathy. I read the story before I ordered that said Chad and Kathy own it. I won't be ordering from there again. The burger is really nasty and the fries too. Heck Speedway next door sells better food in my opinion...

I have to say that reading the reviews, it's an accurate representation of this place. I live down the road and come in a lot. The owner is usually working there during the lunch shift and now recognizes me on sight and even remembers what I usually order. I don't like their pizza much- just not the best, but a lot of their other food is pretty good. Also, I get the thing about the rude employees. The people who work the evening shift can seem a bit abrasive at first. I certainly thought that they were rude. But after going there so much, the employees are actually really nice. They can just come across as rude because of their personality and sense of humor. Overall I find this to be a delightful little place in the community where you can tell that the workers genuinely care about...

I was pretty excited when I learned that this place has pizza by the slice at lunch time - something hard to come by since Carlos' pizza on 36th & Division closed.

Pretty disappointed in the quality. I could tell the pizza I had been served had been sitting out for at least an hour. It wasn't even warm. Crust was hard. Overall just greasy, hard and nasty. I was in a hurry on my lunch hour so I did eat it otherwise I would have brought it back and asked for a refund.

The kid at the counter was rude and I could tell he didn't want to be there. I witnessed him handle my pizza in the back with his bare hands literally right after ringing me up.
