Taco Bell — Restaurant in Wyoming

Just stopped by to get dinner for my family and they are short staff and not taking orders. The car behind me got to order so I decided to call and ask if they were taking orders. A gentleman answered and said yes we are but we are a little bit behind. I was in no rush so I decided to wait and get back into the drive thru lane. Once it's my turn the lady says to me only online and door dash orders. I told her that I had just called and they had said something different. I understand that you are short staff but when I pulled in and saw four staff just sitting at a table doing nothing gets me mad. The second time around two staff were just standing by the drive thru window. If you are short staff all hands on deck. No one should be standing around. Clean if you have nothing better to do. Went to get a pop the entire food delivery truck made it impossible to pass into the drive through. So I back up go around I wanted 1 pop I wait at the window because I also couldn't fit into the drive through in my suv. I get to the window and the girl has a attitude and ignores me completely. I sit and wait since I'm unable to use the drive through which is completely obvious and the male worker comes up and I said I just want 1 pop please he said ok has attitude I Said I don't know why she has a attitude and he says we'll you messed up our timer I said yeah I can't get through I said that's extremely poor customer service. 1 star because frankly that’s required. Forgot my sour cream I paid extra for not only on my taco, but on the side. When asked they told me they gave it to me, when I protested, they proceeded to rummage through my bag of food to not in fact find the side of sour cream. When bringing my taco back up that was missing the sour cream, they yelled back asking if I paid for it. Thankfully I had my receipt. The lady I assume was the manager on staff today was very rude. I felt bad for the dude working. He at least was trying to do his job and be kind. He deserves a raise dealing with those people…

Shells were cold. Food was unappetizing. One good thing (to rectify the 1 star requirement) is that they were generous with the quesadilla sauce..not much going for...
