Cheng's Gourmet — Restaurant in Xenia

Today was my son's birthday, he requested we have Chinese food. Well with sports and all today I opted to not drive out of town and instead order from here. My order was very large seeing as it was his birthday. I ordered online, set a future time for pick up. When I arrived I knew it was a lot to make, I either expected it to have been done early and just sitting there or not done at all. Well to my surprise as I was walking in, they were just finishing up putting everything in a box. Customer service was great, the food was DELICIOUS AND EXTREMELY HOT. we actually had to let it cool down before we could eat. It was some of the best Chinese food we have had. Everyone was so excited and filled off of it and they have plenty of leftovers. The portions were big, the food hot, everything packaged amazingly. I couldn't have asked for anything better. Thank you to the staff that worked so hard on this giant order. We appreciate you all so much. Thank for making my son's birthday special. DEFINITELY GIVING 5 STAR. They deserved...

I will never order from them AGAIN!!! I always order and no less then $30 each time. I called tonight and she read back my address and asked what I would like, while when finishing my order and while I was talking she rudely yelled we are closed! WE ARE CLOSED!!! I thought she was talking to someone who walked in the store. So I asked are you talking to me she said YES! And hung up the phone!!! I called back and let her know that that was so rude and unprofessional. When I called the first time she could have said that they were closed and not to mention it wasn’t 10:30 yet... She wait till I ordered my 3 item only to yell WE ARE CLOSED!!! This all could’ve been avoided at the beginning of the call... I am so shocked and will not order from them EVER AGAIN!!! Left a great review before this one but that has changed. Called today 12/1 to place an order and a woman answered and attempted to take my order but she could barely speak English. After 4 attempts of her taking my order and card number I asked to speak to someone who could speak better English and she responded rudely and hung up on me. I have ordered from this establishment before with no problem. When my food arrived the delivery driver told me it was the owners wife and she took my order before they were open and should not have answered the phone. The worst part is that when I opened my food it appears that someone had spit on every piece I ordered. Do not order food from this establishment.
