Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Xenia

Ordered pizza and cheese bread before 6pm. Tracking tells me order will be delivered in 33 minutes. I call at 6:45. Lady on the phone says it is ready but door dash will be picking it up to deliver whenever they can, it will be at least another 30 minutes. So now we are talking about 2 hours before we could "possibly" get out order. I tell her we have 3 hungry kiddo's here waiting for dinner. Special Friday Night routine we do at Nana's house I will send the boyfriend to pick it up. She stated she would give me a 25% discount and deduct the $5 delivery fee. Ok sounds good, kids are hungry at this point! So the pizza's and cheese bread are hard as a rock and cold!! They charged my account more than the original amount! They upped my pizza's to $42.00!! The special was 2 large pizza's for $23! Cheese bread $7.50!! Their was absolutely no 25% discount!! We called the store and the girl tried to tell us, this is just their policy on how to do things!! Asked for a manager, she stated they had none on site... Will NEVER do business with Papa...

I ordered one large pepperoni pizza, on the app, I never got a email confirmation, I waited to see if it would come through and it didn't, I called the store and they told me to check the email and to call back, once again no email so I called back and they told me I'd have to contact technical support so they could refund my money and they never received my order, I then called the number given to me and waited forever before anyone tried to help me, I then was told they got my order for TOMORROW FOR CARRY OUT. when I paid a delivery fee. Three phone calls later and a half hour wait I never received any compensation or an apology for the inconvenience. I'm still hungry, they still won't refund my money for 3 business day's, and nothing to show for all my time. I recommend to stay away from ordering...

I would not ever recommend this place to anyone because they're rude and the guys that work there like to stare at other guys's girl while they're working and they don't know how to cut Pizza and they call you a liar when you call back up there and they get rude when you ask them a question and lie about how long the wait is and need to learn to cut Pizza we had to tear our pizza apart just because it's a family store they act like they're better than you and it's pitiful u have to tear your pizza apart to eat it and the gm get rude about it when I call...
