Cindy is the best! Very helpful and truly cares about people. She is an asset to the company. My hope is that the upper management realizes what a valuable employee they have with Cindy.

The other lady that works there; "beware" unprofessional, rude, cold and only cares about her commission. She doesn't care who she buries where and needs to get permission from the heir prior to selling a plot on a occupied grave.I wonder how many other times she has done this very same thing to others? At best she deserves to be harshly reprimanded. If I had to give her a star it would be a minus one. This woman has no business talking to people the way she does and certainly should not be in any kind of customer...
