Cousin Vinny's Pizza — Restaurant in Xenia

Let me tell you the story of my experience with Cousin Vinny's on the wonderful Sunday morning to afternoon of 9/9/18. I woke up not feeling like cooking food before I had to be at work at 1:30pm so I decided to order pizza. I ordered pizza at 11:30am knowing I had to leave for work by 12:45pm. I ordered through the app and once I finished the app stated my pizza would be at my place at 12:12pm which was great because it would give me enough time to eat and finish getting ready. So I went and started getting ready for work and then it came 12:18pm and my pizza still had not arrived. I looked at the app and my delivery had been pushed back to be delivered at 12:34pm. I called the store to find out what was going on. They said my food had already been prepared it was just waiting for the delivery guy to get back from a delivery and then they were going to deliver mine. At 12:36pm I got a call from the delivery guy stating he was just now on his way to deliver my food. (That is almost 20 mins after I got told my pizza was prepared.) I called the Cousin Vinny's and asked to speak to the manager to complain because my food had been sitting at their restaurant for over 20 mins before the delivery driver was even on his way to deliver it. As I was complaining the manager yelled at me and disconnected the call. I called back while I'm driving to work because legit the pizza guy showed up as I needed to be heading out the door to go to work. As I am talking to another worker to find out when the store manager will be there and explain what has occurred during this experience with Cousin Vinny's he also yelled at me stating the store manager will be there at 4pm if I want to speak to someone about my concerns and hung up the phone on me. I did not realize this was the definition of customer any place would want to present. I also want to note that I did not cuss or insult them they just got mad at me and hung up for complaining for...

Updated !If I could give 0 stars I would Ordered pizza online at 1145 pm Said would be delivered in an hour. Well at 130 am I tried calling and was put on hold by a robot. Well after 20 min on hold I decided to drive up to the store to pick up my pizzas. When I arrived they were closed. Now I have to call tomorrow to get my money back that they took from my account. Then I had to wait in line at taco bell to get food at 230 am just so I can get up at 6 am for work. Will never order from here again. UPDATE,So i went to the store the following day and they said they opened at 4. Waited until about 430 for them to open and the manager said they already gave me my money back. She told me she saw my order come in the might before but couldn't call me to tell me they were closing early because I didn't leave a number. That was a lie because on my receipt it had my number under number section. She asked if I wanted buy anything or if I was done complaining. So I left and emailed corporate through their website saying I wanted to speak to someone in corporate about this issue. Corporate never contacted me after a week and my money Still hadn't been returned so I emailed corporate again saying I wanted to speak with them again and still no reply. I did get my money back a few days after that. I still have yet to hear from corporate which I will co tact again at this point I must speak to corporate this is unacceptable and I will.never purchase anything from this...

Omg...I am so upset...I am in complete shocked at what an employee said to me tonight when I called in after getting my order after I picked it up!!! I got home and my chicken Philly sandwich was dry with no sauce...I have on my ticket BBQ sauce....they failed to add it. So I called and the Caucasian man said to me...man look Im not dealing withthat right now and hung up. I didn't know what to say I was in complete shock...I am a paying customer I couldn't believe he didn't care that my order was wrong. I called back and the women wasn't better I told her about what happened and she says ok, (no chaulaunt) I asked from his name 3 times and she said Harold was his name. Then I also asked fir her name and she said Karen. This is the night of October 1,2024 at around 10:30pm when all this went down. Not to mention I ordered two sandwiches not one.
