Lived in Xenia for almost 5 years now. Considered driving the extra 10-15 minutes to the l68 location. Why? Out of all the times I've frequented this location. The order has been correct on average around 20-30% of the time. That's horrible. The drive thru staff are pleasent enough. However that doesn't mean anything if your order is 50-65% wrong 70-80% of the time. The 1st shift staff don't seem to have this problem. My orders have been correct every single time. Although admittedly I don't go there in the morning more than a few times a year. The lines are usually fairly quick. Which is good. Although it can take several minutes to get a response. But if half my order is wrong over 3/4 of the time that doesn't mean squat. I'd rather wait another minute or two at the window and get the correct order. Not to mention paying more money for food I'm not getting. I used to, up until recently. Just check the bag before pulling away. Which if everyone has to do that, it adds drive thru time to everyone in line. However the past year or two, even that isn't good enough. From now on I'll have to pull into a space afterwards and literally open every single box. Which when I have my daughter's means 4 burgers I need to check. Then if it's wrong I'll have to walk inside, through a busy drive thru lane. Risking getting hit by people. All for the staff not paying attention to correct the order. Which I shouldn't have to do in the first place. Which comes to the next issue. Only 50% of the time, sometimes less lately. There has been no receipt. Which I need for record keeping and knowing how much money I have in my account. Wright Patt credit union has a habit of not posting the correct balance immediately. Not to mention needing it to show the staff to correct my order. Now not only do I have an order I have to spend correcting making a 10 minute trip to McDonald's into a 20 -25 minute trip. I have no proof of my order to show the staff. Now I've never had a problem correcting an order so far even without a receipt. But then what happens when their is new staff asking for it? I won't have one half the time. And when the order being correct rate is 20-30% that's not acceptable. I have no problem giving leeway on the weekend and for human error. Things happen. But the problem is this isn't limited to weekend days or busy hours. It happens any hour I've gone there, any day of the week, no matter the drive thru volume. All of this still happens any day of the week with an empty drive thru. With the exception of the friendliness of the staff everything about this location is the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. Literally everything about it is unacceptable. Except as I said the attitude of the staff is ok. Everything else is the worst fast food experience I've had anywhere. Even the Xenia Burger King doesn't mess orders up this badly. Even on a weekend. Literally the last two times I've gone in a two week period there's a quarter pounder in a double quarter pounder box. Don't try to tell me they got the burger and box wrong at the same time. And if so then people need to be fired. Everything about this store is unacceptable. Both myself, mother, gf and who knows how many people. Have been ripped off repeatedly for at least two years now. Checking the bag to be sure is not a big deal for customer's at any fast food restaurant. However, having to pull into a parking space to check every single box because the boxes are wrong also and then having to walk across traffic to try to fix it isn't. On top of the failure rate of having a correct order being way over 50% and almost 80%. I've honestly never seen anything like this at a fast food chain anywhere. And I'm originally from the Miller Lane area and Needmoore/ghetto area and never seen anything like it. Or anywhere in Ohio I've ever been. I don't want to have to drive 20 extra minutes to i68 to just get some McDonald's because it's constantly screwed up at this one. If it wasn't for the friendliness of the staff I'd give it half a star to none if I could. FIX...

I was rang up incorrectly. I asked for 2 $3 bundles and 3 drinks. When she read the order back to me, , she rang me up for 6 6 piece nuggets. I kindly corrected her on what it should’ve been. I pulled forward and paid. When I arrived at the window, the young girl handed me my bag with only 2 6 piece nuggets. I explained I should have 2 fries with the bundle. She told me “you can’t get that because you didn’t pay for them”. I explained the girl that took my order must’ve put it in incorrectly. (For the second time) no big deal, I’ll pay. She says, “you’ll have to pull around or come in.” I said “I’m not doing either one of those options.” The manager comes to the window and says “pull forward we’ll bring them out.” I pull forward and wait for 10 minutes….nobody comes….I backup to the window (I have 2 small children in the car, this is why I can’t just go in)when I back up to the window the drive thru girl says “you’re not getting the fries, you didn’t pay for them!” I said “I would be more than willing to pay, but you guys told me to just pull forward.” They were never going to bring them out. It was the WORST CUSTOMER service that I have ever experienced. Very embarrassing for the name of...
Read moreFor the second weekend it was awful. I decided to up inside, because the drive through is always long. The girl taking orders can't take orders again without help every time. And while the manager is helping her. She doesn't do anything to help, she just stands there. Last week when the same girl took my order. She charged me for 2 steak biscuits. Then after I waited 15 minutes she came up and told me they don't have any more steak. So i got 2 sausage, egg biscuits. I waited another 10 minutes. She handed me 2 sausage biscuits. I told her there is no egg. So she rolled her eyes and said there isn't any egg left. Then i realized she still charged me for 2 steak egg biscuits. So I just got my money back. Again this weekend she was still rolling her eyes at everyone. No one in line was not getting any of their food. Because all 25 employees was making sure drive through was getting their food. The girl in front of me said she has been there an hour waiting. I finally got my food. And of course it was wrong. The same girl taking orders. Did not put down everything i wanted on my order. The manager fixed it. It was a...
