Ordered online for delivery and it said 30-45 minutes. After 1.5 hours, we call to see where it’s at. Store doesn’t answer and it goes to customer care who says the store is not doing delivery tonight. Well that would have been nice to know. Call gets disconnected and about a minute later it shows up at the house (but I thought we were just told they weren’t doing delivery). Items were missing from our order so we called the store. Again, they didn’t answer and customer care picked up. We were told the store was closed until 9pm (45 minutes away), which doesn’t make sense since we just got our food. The customer care person said he would transfer us to get the issue resolved…he transferred us to the store that was supposedly closed. After the store didn’t pick up again, back to customer care we went, who said they couldn’t do anything and transferred us back to the store. Again, they didn’t pick up and back to customer care we went. We hung up and waited until 9 to call back. Again no answer from the store. And back to customer care. Order was placed around 7pm and it’s now 11:15 pm and still can’t get the store to answer or customer care to do anything but transfer us to a store that does not care one bit about its customers or how they...

I took a week vacation to attend my sisters graduation and they intentionally scheduled me back for the wrong dates…then told me I no called showed. Which is a lie. I was sick one day and I was told by Dakota the only way I can come back is with a sick note….and she informed me it would’ve just been easy to go the ER and get one mind you I was brand new to Xenia with no insurance. Why would I rack up a $3,000 ER bill for PIZZA HUT? Get real. And I was a good worker, always on time, always keeping busy, and the customers loved my customer service. It was a 30 minute walk there and a 30 minute walk back. No empathy what so ever. I won’t make it about race either I’ll save that for another day. Disappointed to say the least. I'm taken back while waiting for my carryout order to see that after so long having the dining area and inside dining closed - your attempt to make it open to the public is a self serve option. Signs are posted in poor taste informing patrons you have no ice to offer with drinks. Your buffet/salad area has become a station for paper plates and napkins, and you are literally taking customer service and satisfaction out of the equation. This is carryout service with no more than the option to sit down in the building rather than take it out. If you don't have the staff or the means to cater to indoor dining ... why even do this at all? You have a nicely remodeled indoor facility and it is cluttered up with stacks of paper plates, napkins, plastic ware, and scattered red pepper and parm packets ... Your 'self service' attempt screams that you do not intend to provide service for indoor dining or care to...
