So I will start with the fact I thought they were closed. I pull in and all the dining room lights were off. This is at 6 pm on Wednesday. Only reason I knew they were open was the other patrons waiting in the dark. I go to place my order and was asked if I was picking up a door dash 2 times back to back by the 1 person working there. Then he proceeds to tell me all of the Ingredients he was out of for the 1 sub I ordered. After we finished with all of my substitutions he asked if I wanted it toasted a 3rd time. Once we finally agree that I had said yes 3 times we move to toppings etc. As he is putting as much mayo on it as it will possibly hold after I asked for light mayo I ask him to individually wrap it for me. He said sure. Then I watch him wrap the whole thing up and put it in a bag whole not individually wrapped as I asked. Then he asked me the most baffling question of all. With a strait face at the register he asked what I got!??? Now Iâm not against hiring handicapped persons to work in any way whatsoever. But I would venture to say the âprivate ownersâ could potentially afford someone who is competent to complete the task of making a sub. Tho I may be wrong, since they werenât able to keep the basic ingredients it takes to make all of there sandwiches in stock!    Read moreDoes not accept coupons, how is this even possible, when I used one here last month at the same location, seems like they choose when and when not to accept them which is awful customer service. The woman that makes the subs will make customers wait while she makes people behind the current customers subs. The idea of this is infuriating considering if I walk in 10 minutes before someone behind me and my sub is done, I should not have to wait for the person working behind the counter to make the person behind me sub before I get to leave the restaurant. It's just a poorly run business. Do better subway, I'll definitely never go here again. Oh and lastly after the customer service representative recognized I was going to use a sub coupon she made me aware they don't accept them, I told her I wasn't going to get anything then and then she took footlong loafs of bread that she prepared for the subs I had request went directly into the trash, it would seem if you're trying to save money from not allowing coupons that throwing away good food it's just as wasteful.    Read moreI was quite disappointed with my experience tonight. The employees were around the corner, not minding the counter And I had to drop my keys on the counter to let them know someone was there. The area where they keep their food items was about 60% full. I thought maybe they were about ready to close but found out they're open for another hour and a half. They were out of pickles and brown mustard. The spinach was in such a condition that I asked if they could get some new spinach. There seemed to be no concern that they were out of items, just a pause while they waited for me to decide what to do about it.
