2 people working on a Friday night? That's just crazy!
I will start with the facts. I placed my order using the mobile app. The instructions told me to go to the counter and give my order number and name. I was not given instructions to receive my order out of the to-go kiosk. When I arrived, I was the third person in line. I could only see 1 person working at that time. About 6 minutes later someone walked in from the parking lot. She had been out there chatting with another person when I arrived. That other person also came in and joined a group of 4 people waiting to order. It took just over 17 minutes for me to even get up to the counter. The first person in line was waiting for over 10 minutes to order. When she finally was able to order she was told "We aren't doing deep dishes anymore tonight". The woman placed her order and was told it would take 25-30 minutes. Then the worker left the front counter to assist the second worker in the back. She did not acknowledge that there were several of us waiting to order. She did not say "I'll be right back". She simply turned and walked away. After waiting for about 7 minutes, the second person (who represented the group that was before me) decided that it was not worth it and left to go to McDonald's instead. Now it was my turn. It took 6 more minutes for someone to ask how she could help me. I told her I had a pickup, and within seconds she pulled it all out of a kiosk slot (which did not have my name on the screen nor was I given instructions in the email to use the kiosk) and sent me on my way.
Now, my opinions. My order was made in an appropriate amount of time given it was Friday night. It felt as though the workers were intentionally not taking orders and making customers in the lobby wait so that the customers would leave and then they would not have to make more pizza or work as hard. I am not sure why (whether they are retaliating against their boss for not scheduling more people, whether they were trying to take control over what they could, or if they were just plain tired). I believe this was some of the worst customer service I have witnessed yet. No communication to the people in the lobby waiting to order (not even a hi, hello, be right with you, etc.). They didn't have any hustle to their pace or movements. The group before me (the ones that ultimately left without ordering) had a 2-liter and two 20oz sodas...probably one of the products with the highest profit margin...ready to order.
Sadly, I will probably not return to this Little Caesars, and I may not take the risk at another one either. I will continue to get better quality pizza at a slightly higher price at Papa John's, where they greet me, they hustle, and they end it all with a smile. If you want a closer option to the Little Caesars, just go West down Main Street and you will get...
Read moreThis is long, so the short description is this place used to be good but is now run by workers and a supervisor/manager that make it not worth going to with their horrible customer service.
This location used to be really good when we first moved to Xenia, but it's gone downhill. We like the pizza, but we've had too many poor experiences with the workers to want to come back. We've come in several times for something simple like a cheese or pepperoni pizza, and they would make us wait 10+ minutes like they were preparing it before turning to the shelves where they put premade pizzas and getting one, which they could have easily grabbed right after payment since they were already done. The manager or supervisor who currently works there, whichever her position is, is always rude and dismissive, and we've seen her in the back with other workers laughing and making fun of customers that are waiting. One experience we ordered online to pickup, and when we went in there was a line of 4 or 5 people that a cashier was trying to help. He seemed to have some sort of learning disability, which I have no problem with but I'm only mentioning because of our experience. When we tried to use the machine to pick up our pizza it said it was out of order. We waited until he was done with the others to ask for assistance, and he seemed like he was struggling to get the machine open to get our pizza. Instead of helping this guy that was obviously having trouble the other workers and the supervisor stayed in the back and watched him until he was able get it open. None of them came up to help or even ask if he needed help. One more experience that was the one that made us decide to stop coming here was when we came in and had to wait 30+ minutes. While we were waiting they helped and served several other people that came in after us, and eventually we went up to ask when our food would be done. The lady said something along the lines of "Oh, we forgot about you," though I can't remember the exact words since it's been a while. She then turned around and grabbed an order that had been sitting on the counter almost as long as we had been sitting there, and she didn't offer any apology or explanation as to why they finished the food and then just sat it there instead of giving it to us. I wouldn't recommend this location to anyone, and I'd probably recommend they either go to a different pizza place or make the drive to another location that isn't run by such poorly...
Read moreThis location used to be good. But over the last 3-5 years it has gone down. Now it's a flat out joke. The employees are completely unprofessional, yelling cussing, horrible attitudes towards customers. ZERO customer service skills. Orders are slow and frequently wrong.
Last night we had 2 orders we placed on the app. App says 20 minutes. We get there about 35 minutes because we know they wont be ready at 20. One order was in there. My code worked for box. Put in second code nothing. Says invalid. My name wasnt on the screen. Went to the register to talk to the extremely rude female worker. She half asked what we had tried to show her my order and she wouldnt even look. Then she went and "looked" and said it's not ready yet. Waited 25 minutes went and asked another worker if I could just cancel my order and she then asked my name and was like all of our online orders are in the box, I then stated my name is not on the screen and my code didnt work. She opens the box on her end and there it was! It took an hour from when I ordered to when i was walking out with my now almost cold first order all because someone couldnt do their job right. We have consistently called in orders and been quoted 15 minutes and wait over an hour. We will no longer be giving them our business it's worth a few extra bucks somewhere else to skip the headache. Other customers were storming out mad one asked for corporates phone number and complained how low this place has gotten... something...
