Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Yarmouth

Where do I start?? …3x I’ve ordered from here and I’ve regretted it EVERY SINGLE TIME. I tried ordering from a diff domino’s this last time but since it was through the app & online, it chose this store again. Omg. 1x pizza wasn’t fully cooked. Another time we were at a hotel and waiting outside for the driver to show up or call us. After seeing a dominos car driving away (yelled out to them and followed behind vehicle but they didn’t stop or see/hear me). Then checked app & it said delivered. I called the store, was told the driver was still out for delivery & that there had been another order at the hotel & that that must’ve been the driver I saw. After about 10mins I got a call back from the store who said the driver said she left it in front of the door. I found that extremely unpleasant seeing as it’s a hotel hallway w/ all kinds of traffic or the possibility for someone to take or mess with it. Before Covid I wouldn’t have liked that, nvm now. Regretted tipping as much as I did online since then they seem to not care about customer service. I had provided my phone number & told them to call upon arrival. I got the new apple sauce cinnamon twists. In my cart it said that it also came with icing dip so I didn’t add any. It didn’t end up coming with any icing. Barely any cinnamon sugar stuff, basically dough twists. This last time I ordered the garlic twists with the 5 cheese dip & cinnamon twists w/ apple AND added icing dip. Cinnamon twists were good. The 5 cheese dip though, never again! Nothing like the pictures or commercials. It was like cottage cheese texture, not melty stringy cheese. There was a huge section (about 1/2) that was just a puddle of butter on top of the “5 cheese dip”. Boxes covered in grease & got all over me. Once again $30-$40 in the trash. I’ll never again order from this dominos or maybe any dominos again ever. I have NO QUESTION why this dominos has such a low star rating. Maybe some ppl from the Hyannis dominos should head over to the Yarmouth one and teach them how to make/prepare food and how to deliver. I’d say order from here if you are thirsty and want a bottled soda. Can’t really screw that up. Eat ANYWHERE else! It’s actually making me nauseas taking these...

I must be the most loyal customer who places an order at DOMINO'S, 484 Station Ave, Yarmouth, MA at least twice a week. I am a huge fan of this particular DOMINO'S for a handful of reasons... When you walk thru the door, the staff greets you with kindness & smiles...everyone working there pays close attention to any/all special requests regarding personal preferences when ordering your food...Because I frequently visit this location only, I've gotten to know the Manager...her name is Francesca & I am always so impressed by her wonderful personality, her diversified knowledge of all facets of DOMINO'S, the way she treats her staff with respect, patience & kindness, the way she just jumps right in to keep the orders moving & to keep the place running smoothly & efficiently, the way she sincerely cares about the customer's satisfaction & if a negative issue arises with an order, she has always been very apologetic & considerate to the customer & sees that the issue is rectified to insure the customer's happiness, Francesca is a wonderful & accommodating Manager because she is a diligent & hardworking leader, who has earned the respect of each staff member who she manages. Additionally, the place is very clean which is very important when handling food. Every order I've placed (and there's been way too many) has always been prepared perfectly, which makes it delicious to eat. The orders are made quickly with complete conscientiousness for customer satisfaction. This location has abundant & convenient parking which is important, especially during the summer tourist season. There's a Stop & Shop right next door to pop into while you wait for your DOMINO'S order to be ready for pick-up, if that's your preference. You won't be disappointed at this location...I'm a regular...so you can trust my judgment...let this be your favorite DOMINO'S also...Introduce yourself to Francesca & witness her impressive management skills & delicious...

This review is based on the delivery service of this restaurant. I will talk about the carry-out experience separately. First, their delivery service is amazing. The drivers are always friendly, fast, and in all the years I've lived here, have NEVER gotten my order wrong. The food is always hot, delicious, and the online ordering system is convenient and extremely user- friendly. Now the carry-out service is another story. Recently, I decided to stop in and pick dinner up, to bring over a friends house for movie night. I walk in the door, theres music blaring from the kitchen, all the staff are behind the counter with their backs to the customers, talking loudly in Brazilian Portuguese, and laughing. Finally, one of them turned around, after i had been standing there for 2 minutes, and asked what i would like. When i asked her about any specials, she said, "Oh, you can just look at your phone, all our coupons are online"-i mean, i had my phone on me, so it wasnt a big deal, but you would think the person working there would know what their specials were.. Finally, i got my order in, and she said it would be about 15 minutes, so i went to have a seat until it was ready. The table i sat down at to wait, had crumbs and sauce on it, there was a crust on the floor, -it was just gross. Now in all fairness, I've never eaten at the location, or taken carry out before(ignorance is bliss, i guess, lol), I've only had delivery, so maybe they were having an "off" day. So I give them a 5 star for the delivery service, but I wouldn't recommend eating there,...
