Marylou's Coffee — Restaurant in Yarmouth

They don't have donuts. They only have pastries, and I can imagine how expensive those are probably, so I Skipped food, but I've had the coffee before. And that's not bad, not as good as dunks, but does the job, I guess. I didn't see any cookies or I probably would buy one of those cause. I don't like to eat a lot of sweets, but a little bit won't hurt you. I bought a frozen coffee with mocha and it came out okay. But there was large chunks of ice in it wasn't ground down like drinking donuts. Frozen coffee is drinking. Donuts comes out more like a shake. This is like pieces of ice They get stuck in the straw on the way up. That could be worked on. The service is greatThough, but I probably won't go back there.Cause dunks...

Do not come here. This is easily the worst coffee I have ever consumed, and the worst customer service I have ever been given. To start off, the coffee that I received was undrinkable. It was severely watered down and tasted nothing like the “snickerdoodle” it claimed to be. It tasted like watered down swamp water. Next with the customer service. I was bashed for asking a simple question and laughed at right in front of my face. They used inappropriate language that should not be used in the work place.On top of that, the workers seemed untrained asking eachother if “what somebody ordered was a real thing” when she ordered it straight off of the menu. Absolutely horrible. Coffee was completely watered down and the workers were extremely disrespectful and vulgar. We watched a worker pick her wedgie a total of 5 times and continue on with her contaminated hands. We also experienced a worker getting completely enraged and almost throw her headset. As for the other workers they continued to diminish customers and belittle them for asking simple questions. As for all workers they used their cell phones for personal use while dealing with customers and using extremely inappropriate language. Mary...
