[Sat., 11-Jun-2022 review] Taco Bell needs to up their game and quit trying to come up with stupid gimmicks. Today’s deluxe toasted screw-you-puh whateva ate like an old shoe after walking over a muddy slag road. As in NOT crispy. Stale taco and nachos, too. I know this is hot humid Mississippi but come on folks! And why do they put TWO burrito shells in every burrito, now??!! Fire some marketers, Taco Bell 🤢😣, and BRING BACK THE 7 LAYER BURRITO instead of that boring fake pizza!! 👍⚡😏😀😎

[Sat., 12-Mar-2022 review] Decided to try go for a chalupa cravings box instead of my usual steak power bowl ’cause, well, TIRED of droppin’ like $12 bucks 💸😱😵 whenever I ring da bell! 🙄😅. Glad I did—less that $8 bucks 💸 and even upgraded the lame soft taco to a crispy doritos whateva supreme. And everything was 5 PLUS stars, today! 😏😀😱

This is now the second Taco Bell I've visited in a two week period where I had a bad experience with either the food or the cleanliness of the facility. I now remember why I don't go to Taco Bell anymore ever. The service here was slow but the staff was pleasant. The food was decent but the oil they used to fry the chips was so old that the chips left a nasty, bitter taste in your mouth. I told the girl behind the counter and so they offered me more chips. I tried explaining that they were going to taste as badly as the ones I had just eaten if they don't change the grease. They nodded their heads, but you could tell they had no intention of changing out the oil. I told them to taste the chips , but they just looked at me like I was crazy probably because they already knew how badly the chips tasted. I later heard from a friend that the two times she's been there they had the same problem. I mean change the cooking oil if you really care about your customers and want to do a good job. It's that easy. I don't recommend go in here and wasting your money because it's not any good, and it's not going to be any good until they change out the...

At 10:00 am the hours of operation stated that they’re open I pull in the drive-thru sat at the order terminal for 10 minutes nothing nobody came. So I pulled around to the pickup window saw the worker and waited a few more minutes still no help or acknowledgement then I left and went right to Popeyes where there service was on point. no waiting pulled right up ordered and got great service and hot food .if you are having problems or short handed please at least acknowledge the customer and let them know give me the option to wait or not .Just to not acknowledge me when you see me bcuz I seen you look at me and I’m waisting gas ⛽️ and time gas is too expensive for that this is unacceptable do better why is it always us .
