We went to get a bite to eat and while speaking to the hostess she said there was a 30 minute wait. She then starts texting on her phone, I was under the assumption that she was reaching out to the bar area to see if any seats were available. I then said if I could give her my name and she wrote it down. We were totally ignored by this hostess. We then wanted to take a walk around the area and we were told we couldn’t unless we are staying at the resort. I believe if you are a no body, and not an elite loaded with money, they don’t want you to eat there. Unfortunately I didn’t get her name. Unfortunately, for whatever reason, after we were seated by the hostess, we weren't greeted for at least 15 minutes. My wife--who has worked in the service industry--eventually had to get up to tell the hostess. Once we were greeted the service was OK.
