Love going to the York B&R. This time, they were out of my usual, and I am really OCD about it. The lady asked me what combo I normally get, and she said, "I want you to trust me and try this." For some reason, I was willing to trust her. Loved her choice! I got a chocolate mousse and chips ice cream and mixed that with vanilla for a shake, and it was phenomenal!!!! Based on that, I just felt like she knows her stuff with ice cream and knows how to help customers. How crazy you go to a Baskin Robbins to get an age old classic banana split....something that you can normally find at a Baskin Robbins however this place (even thought the website says they have them) doesn't carry anything but ice cream cones. Rudest workers ever! Even the manager Angie was inconvenienced to make a shake and couldn't even say thank you after paying. Just about walked out after ordering as it was clear they didn't want to be there. The people behind us ended up walking out.
