Burrito Bros. — Restaurant in York

Coming down the interstate all I saw was "mom approved bathroom" signs, I walked into them and saw a sign on one door, "lock broken" on a sign that had been there at least a couple days, water, dirt and paper around the toilet of another stall and the other had several yellow "miss and splatter" marks around the seat and floor. As I stood there a second in disbelief after the miles of signs pointing to this advertised Oasis of supposed Cleanliness that I so desired and miserably let down by, an attendant walked in, flushed the toilet, checked the trash container and just.... left... nothing cleaned or well, ANYTHING. SAPP has improved greatly! Staff have always been nice and helping in any situation. Today though I'm leaving a review more toward the Restaurant Burrito Bros. First I have to say the food was plenty and delicious. Second for what ever reason my card was not working on their debit machine, it had just worked with SAPP shop. So one of the employees stepped forward and paid for my meal. I was astonished and in disbelief, never in my life have I needed or had someone help me in such a way. Mens restroom was in need of cleaning. Went to get a shower and was told if i had my own towel that i needed get it cause they was out of towels. Went in after food and drinks. Asked about how long before they would have clean towels the lady said they was waiting for towels. Like seriously. I asked if waiting for them to come in on a truck or to get done washing she repeated her self. Finally asked if they was being washed she then said they was in dryer and washer. Then when asked what their store location id number was she looked like I slapped her in the face and said she didnt know what that was and it just york Nebraska store.
