Got hung up on when I called to see if they were still open, because the hours where listed wrong on the website. When I went in, literally 60sec later (I was at the gym next door) there were 2 young gentlemen. They seemed nice enough and good at their jobs. The food was fresh and they got through the orders quickly. But they had very loud music, spewing profanities. The F word and all. ( And I'm the kind of person that does listen to my fair share of that kind of music) but come on... There was absolutely no professionalism and no regard to the fact that customers were in the store.... Wondering if management knows what's going on...
Read moreJust ordered something I absolutely do not want because their manager sells the subway club as a salad instead of a sandwich on the Uber eats app (and yes they submit that) meaning they sent them a paragraph long upsell description and just one word in the middle saying it's a salad in the middle of it. Title "subway club" yet somehow they do not offer the subway club sandwich. Subway club sandwich or salaad doesn't come with these strips of bacon either. Why? Read moreThere is a tall lady in particular, not sure whats her name, that comes off as rude, might not be personal, but shouldn't be working with customers. There's another lady who appears to be new. She's nice but has made a couple mistakes. Overall it's your typical subway, we'll maintained, but most of the employees lack good customer service and motivation.
