Asked the cashier if the matcha was ceremonial grade and she said “what’s that ? The brand ?” So she goes to ask and comes back telling me yes it is ceremonial grade, yet when I receive my drink it doesn’t taste like ceremonial grade at all and when I asked they just say sorry if you want a new drink we have to charge you. I suggest for one to inform your employees on the drinks you’re serving and also don’t tell your customers your matcha is ceremonial grade when it’s very clearly not. I’d skip this place and check out other local coffee shops that are actually knowledgeable and intentional with the quality they are serving...

I'm a regular but won't be buying from them anymore. I would go to them because they are close to my house but I've made 2 complaints since they opened about my coffee being watered down and both times they've been super rude and made it seem like I was crazy saying they made the coffee how I ordered it yet my moms coffee was done correctly and mine watered down and we ordered the same exact thing.
