The staff is nice, but where's the leadership? Three separate occasions, including this morning, the customers inside the store are neglected while the window/drive thru gets all the service. This morning, a woman was in the front of the line and I behind her. We waited while the young man working the windows finished his transaction with the customer. He said, " sorry for the wait, I'll be right with you." He finished the transaction and went on to take another customer at the window. We totally got skipped and not one employee recognized that. I asked the baristas if anyone is working the register inside the store for the customers inside the store to which she replied, " somebody called out, so we are bouncing back and forth."
If that's the case, why are back to back customers at the windows getting served while we just stand and wait nine in the store. Shouldn't it be 1 and 1? That's my point , where's the leadership? Why not just build a drive-through without a dine in area if the windows is going to trump the...

I have never been to a Starbucks that was so slow. It was so slow that 3 cars just left the drive thru line. 25 minutes later we finally made it to the front just for the order to be wrong in the end.
