Originally, I loved this place, but I had problems with my food three Sundays in a row. On one occasion, I had to go back three times before they got it right. On two occasions, I did speak with two different helpful, friendly ladies who supervised the kitchen, and one even told me she would replace my meal the next time I was in. I skipped a couple of Sundays, and when we went back, I was told that it gets thrown away if I don't return in three days. That would have been nice to know. We stayed, and I purchased three cheeseburger meals (again), and we sat down and ate, BUT my food still wasn't correct. While standing at the counter with my burger in my hand a lady came up behind me and asked what was wrong and took my burger out of my hand while I was still talking (as though she was irritated) and took it to the back. I never cared about the very long wait when the food was hot, but three Sundays in a row, my replacement meal expired, and an irritated employee or maybe owners daughter (she was sitting with them)taking my food out of my hand was it for me. I used to talk about how good those burgers are, but it doesn't matter if I have to return multiple times to get it right. Read moreIt had been years since we went to LeBlanc’s. Now I know why. We arrived for lunch at 11:03 am (early by lunch standards). We walked right up to the counter and ordered two cheeseburgers and an order of fries. It took 55 MINUTES to finally get our order and that was after three trips back to the counter inquiring about it. The owner (lady) was literally sitting in a booth across from us and on her phone the entire time and had to see that we had been waiting for almost an hour for our food. Yet, she never once acknowledged us as a customer who had been waiting. On his third trip to the counter inquiring about our order, my husband made the comment, “no cheeseburger is worth waiting this long for,” to which the owner replied, “well, I don’t know about that!” She never once apologized for our wait. She consistently made excuses for the delays. I’ve heard others make comments about the workers and the owner being “mean.” I’ve heard others commenting about how terrible the customer service is. I have now seen it (again)! We will NEVER go back to LeBlanc’s! My husband was right: NO cheeseburger is worth that kind of wait. It was nothing special! Read moreI was a longtime lover of le blancs, I remembered playing video games in the back corner eating nachos and dipped cones. Well thanks to the last visit, it will be the last visit. I was missing a substantial amount of food from the order I got to go, we read through the order before we exchanged money for food. I got home before I discovered the missing parts. I called and let them know about the missing parts. They replied that they have the rest of the food in front of them, they also have my phone number and if they could have used that before I was already 15-20 minutes away, I would have been happy to turn around and get the missing food. I let them know that this was unacceptable and that I expected to have better service than this and now the rest of the food would be almost leftovers by the time my roundtrip was completed. They replied that the food at the resturant would be kept warm. I returned with the remaining food that was untouched and suggested for either all hot food or no food, wether any refund would be available was up to them. They said that they can only give the remaining food and no refunds. So I left all the food all the money that was originally paid and my respect for one of my childhood favorite...
