Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Zachary

First and foremost I am a regular customer at this pizza is Zachary. Usually when I go in there everybody’s friendly, there’s a young gentleman name Aaron, which has a beautiful personality and very professional but on tonight I called in my order and the young lady who asked if I was picking up or a delivery I said it a online order, but I don’t know how to order online and she said because of the special I have to go online, I am 58 years old and I told her that I’m not really all that good on all food online so I was actually asking for the young gentleman working there because I forgot his name and I thought he was the manager but to my surprise A lady answered the phone he stated that she was the manager so I told her the same thing I told her first person and she said you had to order it online your pizza I said OK so I went online with a friend of mine help and then I call my food online put my name on it and everything waited 20 minutes and then I went to Pizza Hut to pick up a pizza. I’ll walk in and give them my name young lady said you ordered the special pieces of the 10 toppings but we don’t have meatballs so the young gentleman I seen him working came up and say how are you doing Mr. Herman and I told him Im fine thank you for asking, then he said looking at my ticket saying we don’t have any meatball, so I said can you substitute it with something else? He said yes I’ll I’ll try to take care of you, so I was asking him about the pineapples or the jalapeños peppers. He said I’ll put the pineapples on. Do you still want jalapeños? I said sure then the next thing I know the lady manager say to him what’s wrong with his order he stated that they didn’t have the meatballs and that I wanted pineapples instead and for any inconvenience he was gonna put on a couple of jalapeño peppers just to show customer service to me she got very irate very angry and stated she didn’t pay extra for that. No he can’t have it so I said don’t worry about it just give me the pizza but she was so angry that she couldn’t hear me because she was chastising him in front of all the employees and I am the customers in the front lobby. I l Heard everything so I asked again please I’ll pay for it just give me the pizza as it is she still continue go off on the young gentleman so I said don’t worry about it. I don’t want the pizza anymore. This was one of the most unprofessional managers I’ve ever seen in my life at 58...

This pizza hut is a complete disappointment. The only reason why I have even entertained their ignorance and complete lack of professionalism is to order the free personal pan that my son earns at school monthly. Well realizing that we were three pizzas behind I tried to call and order his pizza this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday, but I always had to wait on hold too long. Today I tried ordering, thinking I could pick it up and have it waiting on my son when he gets home from school, but all of a sudden upon placing the order, I was told that I need to bring the child in to pick up the pizza. So I said, when did they start requiring that, I've never had to do that before. Then I had to listen to the associate repeat what I said to someone else, only to respond with "it's Pizza Hut policy. I then asked to speak to the manager, so as I listened to the associate say, "she wanna speak to you," I wait a minute and then they put the recording on, which I had been listening to all weekend. I finally decided to hang up after 11 minutes and write this review. While I was waiting on hold, I reviewed my coupon and it actually states that the student should accompany a parent or guardian to get the pizza. So that is great, this could have been easily resolved, but now they have indefinitely lost my business and I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I encounter. Since living here one year, I have only ordered a meal twice from here, in which they either were out of necessities like seasoning or cheese packets, they screwed up the order, or they were so unprofessional, that had I known what was happening inside the restaurant before I ordered online, I never would have ordered. However, as I stated, I have only continued to come here to get my son's well deserved personal pan, well...

Most horrible pizza delivery experience ever. We wanted to try pizza hut because we have never ordered there before and wanted to try it. We have had domino's and papa johns deliver to us with no problems of finding our house. Actually no one has ever had a problem with finding our house. My husband went outside to flag the driver down. The driver went passed our driveway to the neighbors driveway. They figured out it wasn't the right house. So they got back in the car and drove a few houses down, and took all of our order out to their front door just to find out it wasn't the right house either. The driver then called me and I told her where our house was. She was at our house in literally a minute bc she wasn't far like I was saying. Again, my husband was outside flagging her down. We got our delivery.....and as you would expect it was wrong. We ordered mozzarella sticks and they delivered us fries. So I called the driver and told her. She said she would replace it. It took 45 minutes to get our correct order driven back to us. Now, we are literally 4 miles from pizza hut. We will never order from...
