Smoothie King — Restaurant in Zachary

I always come to this smoothie king and everytime I come I'm waiting 10-15 minutes for my smoothie. My last visit was horrible, I'm just sitting in drive thru waiting on my smoothie for so long I started to ask for my money back and as I'm waiting I see one employee sitting down with the headset on in the lobby and the others I hear them laughing and clowning while cars are sitting in drive thru waiting on there smoothies. And then come to find out my smoothie was just sitting in the blender and when she handed it to me it was very loose textured and the cup wasn't all the way filled. Came in today 9/25/25 at 915 am for a strawberry gladiator. Girl made my smoothie and left it sitting in blender and waited on 2 drive in customers. When she got mine out of the blender it was watery. She tried adding more ice. More watery. Then she was going to add more strawberries. I told her I didn’t want it watery to remake it. She said she was trying to fix it. I told her no to remake it. She remade it. Same thing again. I told her I wanted my money back. I bought smoothies here last Saturday, August 8, using the app. When I went to pick them up, their system was down. Smoothie King wouldn't give me a refund for the smoothies I never got. Maybe they made them later in the day, I have no way of knowing, but I wouldn't have been able to pick them up. I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company to retrieve the funds for the goods I didn't receive because Smoothie King just kept giving me the runaround.

It's probably a rare occurrence, but they still didn't make it right. So, I'm wary of ordering...
