Dairy Queen Store — Restaurant in Zanesville

Absolutely the worst experience ever. We hadn't been for quite some time but my husband wanted a blizzard a few weeks ago so he went through and got us two Med blizzards about 30 mins before they closed. He said the lady who gave him the blizzards basically shoved them at him and immediately closed the door and said nothing else. He didn't think much else of it bc he had the blizzards so he drove home. What a shock we had when we went to eat said blizzards and they were the smaller blizzards put into the bigger cups. I can understand mistakes and all that, and had she said something it would have been fine to wait a little longer while they corrected. I called the store, someone answered and when I told them what happened all they did was laugh, say oh sorry, we're closed... And hung up on me. Too bad I can't rank this with 0 stars......

5/31/19 It disappoints me to give this restaurant a poor review because the food and service have always been very decent at this establishment. However my last trip to this Dairy Queen I and some friends of mine saw a cockroach run across the floor and up my table (coming from the kitchens direction). We then obviously addressed the issue to an employee and he didn’t even try to act surprised or apologize. We had each ordered the $5 meal and we were going to get out ice cream after we finished our food, needless to say we didn’t not finish our food nor get our ice cream we paid for. We will not be returning to this establishment until this issue or cleanliness is addressed and fixed. I hope they fix this problem soon because I and many others truly enjoyed getting food and or ice cream from...

Tonight we were shorted part of our order. When I returned to the drive-thru, I was told they would make it right. As I was waiting, the person in the window handed out several bags, drinks and the Blizzard I was waiting on. Then, in the middle of a pandemic, the person in the car handed a bag, two drinks and my son's Blizzard BACK into the window. When I pulled up, the guy in the window asked if I was there for the Blizzard and said, "That will be $6.88." I asked to speak to the manager and I got a half-hearted. "Sorry." She shut the window and the guy tried to hand me out a small orange cream ice cream cone.

I understand being busy, but this crew seems to be incompetent. I will most likely not be returning again. Their food is excellent, but this experience left a bad taste...
