My husband bought something here and once he returned home noticed it was defective. He immediately went back to this place and they refused to exchange or refund him although he was literally JUST there 15 minutes before and the item was still it it’s original packaging. The worker called his boss and the boss refused to exchange it and it was because the worker said he would have noticed if the item was defective because he put them on the shelf himself. As soon as my husband got home and told me about this, I stopped in myself to see if I could find any more broken items waiting to be sold and I saw at least ONE cracked item in my quick 10 minute perusal. There were also glass items with heavy sticky tape residue all over them waiting to be sold. The worker was also on a personal phone call most of the time while I was in there which is always a huge pet peeve of mine while I am shopping as well. There is a time and a place for personal calls and it’s not when you have a customer. Don’t come here unless you want to be sold broken items and then get no help because they only care about getting your money. Way better other shops locally that care about your...
