The service was really good, our waiter was super friendly, & the atmosphere was good as well. My biggest complaint was my food. For how much it was, it was not as good as other restaurants. We probably won't be going back. Very expensive, & the menus were very limited & a little confusing. If you are going there just for steak, then you won't be disappointed, but if you think there's more menu options other than steak, reccomend to go elsewhere. Read more below...
We started off with tea drinks, they were extremely warm! They had ice in them, but it was really gross how warm it was. I couldn't get over the warm taste. 🤢 Then we ordered our food, we were served bread & butter which was a good filler before our dinner. The butter was not flavored, just regular butter, would have been better if it was honey butter or herb butter. We both ordered salads with our meals, but our salads were really small portions. (About the size of a Wendy's small salad), a little disappointed. By that time, our food was ready & served. There was no napkins or condiments on the tables so I had to ask for napkins & at least ketchup for my fries, they did give us an adequate amount of napkins.

My friend ordered a nice sized steak with fries, it looked really good, he said he really liked it. Everything was extremely over priced, so I just got a burger, which was also over-priced. My burger looked so good, but when I tasted it, it was the most bland tasting burger I ever ate! ☹ There was no seasoning or flavoring to my burger! There was also no sauce on it so I had to use the ketchup that I asked for to also put in my burger. The worst part was the toppings, there was definitely something wrong with the bacon! It was so hard it hurt my tooth, a chunk of it was super chewy that I couldn't even eat it. Either it was over cooked, cooked in a microwave, or it went bad. Idk, but I had to spit it out. (I've cooked bacon plenty of times before but I've never had that problem, of course I've never microwaved bacon either, so maybe that's why it was hard & chewy). The tomato was SO cold/frozen that it literally made my burger cold before I was able to eat it! The pickles were also cold, not cooked. The onion was cold & raw! A blast of onion taste was really gross, so intense, with the cold tomato 🤢. They really should have thawed the toppings & warmed the pickles & cooked the onion, & add seasoning. It was a horrible burger. I was really disappointed, especially how expensive it was. At least the fries were really good! Best fries I ever had, seasoned too! Even my friend loved the fries.
Overall, it's a steak restaurant, I wouldn't bother getting anything else other than steak & fries there. If I had known, I would have went to Texas...
Read moreSaturday night service 2/3/18. Was told 20 minute wait for a party of four, after 30 minutes inquired as to how much longer, and was told three call aheads showed up and would be seated before us so at least an additional fifteen minutes. Literally a third of the tables in the restaurant were sitting open this entire time because they are so understaffed and mismanaged. Meanwhile the wait area is packed and I’m 9 months pregnant. Never even offered to get a chair or seat us in one of the MANY open tables so I had to stand the whole 45-50 minute wait. After being seated my $23 filet comes out rare to medium-rare, which you can’t eat pregnant so I had to request an upcook. 20 minutes after this, a completely different steak (not the one I cut in half which needed just a few more minutes on the grill) finally is brought out by a manager. I had to request fresh hot sides since by now mine are cold and my family has finished eating and I have to eat alone. All in all took about an hour and forty minutes since arriving to get to the eating. They removed the cost of my meal from the bill but still.
We eat at this location fairly often and the food is typically good, but absolutely not worth going to during busy times. They need to hire more servers or staff appropriately for a Saturday and need to train and manage the hosts so people can at least get sat. Over two hours before this...

This was my first time at a Long Horn. I thought the decor was very tastefully done and pretty. I ordered a prime rib sandwich which was delicious and the rest of the food was good too.
I gave them an average rating because their staff was just that...average. they didn't suck by any means, but they certainly didn't go above and beyond to make my experience at Long Horn above expectations.
For example, the main hostess who greeted us had the asst hostess seat us. This second girl did not even say hello. Other restaurant hosts would say things like "welcome" or "how are you, have you been here before." Etc... Nada from this girl.
We were a party of 2 and I'm using a cane with a humongous-seriously-cant-miss knee surgery scar, and they want to seat us in the big round corner booth made for 8 people. I can't scouch myself in there. Lol.
The waiter was adequate but timing bad. Brought out appetizer moments after salads, so it was a little cold by the time we finished our salads. Then it took him forever to bring our check .
It was just a series of little things like that that makes this particular restaurant just average. And that's a shame. Because the cook did an...
