Honestly went into the store apprehensively. I wanted to have my grandma try some mattresses as she has had some developing accessibility needs and her current mattress has been less than ideal. I didn’t want to buy anything from the store, just gave my grandmother “taste test” the offerings if you will. I was worried the sales staff would be pushy and unaccommodating.

I was very wrong. The sales associate’s name, that helped us, was Noah. He was understanding of our needs/wants. He was focused on aligning our goals with the budget we set. He knocked it out of the park. Noah managed to help us get a mattress that she loved, that was cheaper on its own than we were previously looking at before visiting the store. With those savings on the mattress, he managed to convince us on the purchase of a head up adjustable base to assist her better. The combination of the cheaper than expected mattress and the adjustable base managed to come in a few dollars cheaper than we were originally budgeting for on a competing mattress and frame combination. My opinion on mattress stores has been changed, but I will say it was mainly due to Noah’s expertise...

I give all the stars possible for Noah!! He was Amazing, Funny, and he is Great with people and at his job!!! He was very patient, not in a hurry, or rushing even though it was getting late. He had me try many different beds to make sure I was choosing the right bed for myself. He explained the Warrenty, and the beds, like how they were different, he moved the base while I was laying on it to show me how great it was and everything it done!! He then had me use the remote to work the bed. He was showing me the different mattress and prices which was great because he wasn't just trying to sell the best, highest priced mattress, he cared that it would be the right one and in my price range. I never thought buying a mattress would be so much information or so much fun!! I will be telling everyone about this company and referring them to Noah for sure!! I appreciate him so much! WOW WOW WOW.....Noah was super great to work with! He listened to my needs and then shared this is where we are going to start. We started where he thought I should be and then we tried others. He listened very closely to what I had to say about each and every mattress he had me try so he knew exactly what to try next. He was spot on because everything I tried from where he thought I should be was spot on!! He "WAS NOT" a pushy salesman who was just trying to make a quick sale!!
