Taco Bell — Restaurant in Zanesville

Only giving it one star to leave a review. This place does not deserve any stars. The General manager is a joke. You can't run a busy store with three people. The lobby was closed, had to wait over 20 minutes in drive thru just to place the order and when I got to the window and received the order it was cold. The general manager was very unprofessional. While getting my order I observed the one non management employee start a verbal altercation with the manager at which time the General manager fired the manager who was working hard to get people's orders out. He straight up made it clear that he was siding with the employee he was having a relationship with. I have been in management for many years both in fast food and out of fast food. There has not ever been a company I worked for ever allow management and non management employees to be in a romantic relationships. If this is the kind of employees you hire to run your store I won't be back. The customers deserve to get their food fast and fresh. With professional staff and management. If it was my franchise I would have personally called and apologized to the manager that was clearly wrongfully terminated and asked her to return and made things right with her. Followed by firing both the insubordinate employee and the General manager. I understand the need to run a skeleton crew when short staffed in order to keep making a profit but the clown show I witnessed this evening is absolutely appalling. I stopped and consulted the fired manager and my wife as well as myself tried to help calm her down. If you own this store that poor woman has evidence and witnesses on her side to what went on if she decides to sue for wrongful...

I don't often use a review to rip into a restaurant. In fact, I've never done a "one star" before because there's typically something good that can be said. Not this time. It was going on 7 PM and I was in a hurry but had a serious craving for a chili cheese burrito, so I patiently waited the 10+ minutes I spent in the drive-thru line. When I got to the speaker, a couple more minutes passed until a voice finally (with no apology) asked me for my order. I asked for two chili cheese burritos, a chips and cheese and a large Diet Dew. I had to repeat each individual item two to three times, with large gaps in-between. He clearly was asking for my order and then not paying any attention. Several minutes later, I made it to the window and, in a minute or so, I was handed my order without the guy acknowledging me. He didn't say a word. Even my "thank you" got no response. I parked, unwrapped a burrito AND IT WASN'T HOT. IT WASN'T EVEN WARM! At best, it was at room temperature. And my $2.59 chips & cheese? The cheese container was barely half-full! The drive-thru line was even longer than before and, since I was already running late, I didn't have the time to ask for it to be done correctly. Without a doubt, this was THE WORST TACO BELL EXPERIENCE I HAVE EVER HAD! And besides being a disappointment, food being served at a temperature like that is a health hazard...and the Muskingum County Health Dept. should be made aware that the food is clearly not...

Boyfriend and I went through the drive thru with separate orders. We both signed up for the taco bell app and got the free $5 box. We haven't ate but PB and jelly's for the past few days so we're very thankful to get these boxes for a filling meal! Thank you taco bell! Food all came out good but the workers were very rude about it. I kept apologizing for it being complicated because we were trying to figure out how to make it go through with the order we were having a bit of trouble with it. And neither what I assumed to be managers as they were dressed in button shirts said one word to us and we just felt very uncomfortable. I was a bit embarrassed about having no money because times are very very hard for us right now. We don't get much heat and the meal was the first hot thing we've had in days and are so appreciative of it! Just wish they would have been alot nicer and make it a little easier for us but they...
