I went to buy a plasma cutter. I read over the 20% off coupon, it included welders, and certain name brand items that it could not be used with. The store refused to honor the coupon claiming that the plasma cutter was a welder in their system. I had an exchange with the store manager stating that the coupon doesn't exclude plasma cutters or the titanium brand and i didn't care what their system had it as a welder, it was indeed not a welder. He still refused to honor their coupon in violation of consumer laws. I sent an email to their customer service, as they would not answer their phone even after being on hold three times for over 20 minutes. I did get a phone call back from the district manager in columbus stating that i was right and they should have honored the coupon. I even got a call from the store manager shortly after the district manager called asking when i would luke to go in and order the plasma cutter with the coupon. I told him i already went elsewhere and ordered one several days earlier because i needed the cutter for a project i had started and would not be buying one of theirs. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Some of the help not so helpful. I was there to get a as advertised tool. They didn't order enough and ran out. I drove a long way to get it on my day off. The "lady?" Was upset because I wasn't happy I wasted my time. Not a special tool they didn't have. One they just sent me an ad for. Never yelled, never. She stomp's off to get her manager. ( I thought she just left, never ask for a manager) He ask if he could help ( bc there was a problem I guess?) I said no, you don't have what you advertised. So I guess not. I got another item and checked out. I apologized ( for nothing..them not having what they said I guess?) at the checkout when paying. She wasn't any more helpful. The more I think about it the angrier it makes me. I could see it I started throwing things and effing people out, even raising my voice..I did nothing like that. I'm the customer. I don't owe you an apology bc you wasted my time. And I don't owe you another visit. Check you inventory. Not boxes...

Would give zero stars if it was possible. I bought a 15 hp engine because I was in a bind. Was told it could be returned if it didn't work. The engine did not fit where I needed it so I returned it. I never even put gas in the tank or tried to start it. He charged me a $90 restocking fee. I carried it out by myself and back inside by myself. Never used it had everything with it including the box and get charged $90 fee. I loved getting tools from here but I can't shake this. I won't be back.
