RUDE, AUDACIOUS SERVICE: I've eaten their food 3 times. It wasn't bad, wasn't the best... but I give it only 1 star because the last time I went (it was a year ago & I'll never return) I brought in a coupon that had been delivered to my mailbox. I live right near there & they had delivered coupons & menus to all the houses. So, I go in to order with this coupon sheet in my hand. No one was at the counter when I came in. I waited and double-checked the dishes I wanted, placed my order, & presented my coupon and the lady behind the counter began to argue with me about the coupon! She accused me of taking one from the pile on the counter near the register! I told her I brought it in with me, but she insisted that I had taken it and that I can't use it until I purchase food now & come BACK in with it to order next time! So, what, next time you can accuse me of STEALING coupons again & STILL not let me use it??! NEVER going back. You don't argue with your customers & call them liars. If I didn't have 4 little very hungry tummies there with me I'd have just left & gotten pizza from Petrino's... I really probably should have. This place use to be one of my faves...I've been back to it 3 times this past year to give it another chance hoping they had a bad day or something. Crabbe rangoons use to be great, today I tried them and they changed completely, the inside was very sweet and was unlike the crab e rangoodns I've loved in the past, then ordered general tsos chicken and that also was Soo sweet if I would have closed my eyes I would have guessed it was orange chicken. Chicken fried rice was gross looking no seasoning, kinda gooey. Nobody looks or cooks like they got any passion or a care in the world wether the food comes out good. This place should close so a better place to eat can move in. Save your 30 bucks and go Thai avenue and get 100 times better food for cheaper. Food is passable... service is 50/50! I assume there is a married couple who own this place; when the husband is at the counter he is kind, polite, and genuinely cares for his customers and business. When the wife is at the counter she acts like it's an inconvenience you're in her establishment to spend money. Her disdain for life is forced upon every single person she interacts with. She got my order wrong twice in a row on the same visit, argued with me over what I actually ordered, then had the audacity to tell me to take a menu so that I could call my order in next time.
