Attempted to contact management on their website contact form about the experience and send these photos, I still haven't heard back 2 days later.
In the photos we have the embarrassing $9 Stromboli cut in half, essentially a large breadstick with barely any filling. We ordered 2 of them and they were both like this.
That would be reason enough to be upset with this place, but the customer service might be even worse. You call in to place your order and get someone on the phone who sounds like you are inconveniencing them for calling in on a slow Thursday evening.
You show up to get your order and the employees let you stand there waiting for about 5 minutes, even if you are the only customer there. Then once you do get noticed they again act like you are inconveniencing them by giving them your business.

This location has the most consistently good food. South holland is below average, north holland is either good or meh depending on the day, but this location is always great. I mentioned that online it said 10pm and she asked again and dude got pretty attitude about it and said to call back at 9:30pm and place an order to pickup at 10pm.
