Wolfies Sandwiches — Restaurant in Zeeland Charter Township

I have always loved coming to this establishment for the food, but today i was really blown back and blown away. Today we went in for lunch and to say they were busy is an understatement, and the people kept filing in ( which is awesome) but the problem i had was there was ALL minor staff working Maybe one that maybe 16-17 and i saw ZERO adults (as in 18+)? They had a customer walk out as he watched numerous people that had walked in after him get served (groups of 4 or more) while he was waiting for one single wrap, he asked the girls about it and he was told i’m sorry we are busy so he continued to wait he then watched another group of people that again ordered after him get served there food, he then went up to the counter to ask where his SINGLE wrap was and he was told “i’m sorry sir, but there is a lot of people here” he then walked out. Main reason for this review is that they need to have some sort of adult (someone 18+) working with these kids to make sure they are doing an adequate job and to be able to handle those types of situations, these poor kids looked like deer...

First restaurant review I've ever given. One of the most dysfunctional experiences I've ever had. Walked in, ordered one wrap to go. 20 minutes later, people that came to dine in start getting served. I'm patient, I wait. Finally I ask, show my receipt, tell them my name. They can't find it. So, the girls says, "are you Travis?". Nope, just told you my name... "Well, are you Bob?". Nope, told you my name, here is my receipt.... "Well, I'm sorry, there's a lot of people in here.". Order is nowhere to be found even though they acknowledge I put it in, as they now have my receipt. Over 30 minutes now, I was already late for an appointment. Left receipt on counter, and simply said "you have to do better than this.". Out $14, never got to taste the food. I know restaurant biz is tough right now, but was COMPLETE dysfunction in there. Food might be great, I'll never know....

I'm the guy with the single wrap in the other review..... Ha!! That review is correct, they had ZERO adults working. Total chaos, I got to watch it all unfold for over 30...

There food is good but....my workplace used to order delivery here kind of regularly, we stopped because there was always issues with missing food. They would charge you for everything you ordered and not give you everything. When we called to inform them of missing items it was such a huge problem to have them bring what THEY had forgot. There was ALWAYS something missing. We recently tried ordering from them again and apparently they can only take a certain amount of credit cards which is new since we had never been told that previously. They make mistakes then make it seem like it is inconvenient for them to fix it. Or that it is the customers fault. We always tip very well from my company but always treated rudely when we call to try to get the mistake fixed. Their website states they have Mexican food for some reason but not one thing I can see is Mexican. Needless to say my company will no longer be using their services, too much hassle, not worth it. Obviously customer satisfaction is not a...
