Ziggi's Coffee — Restaurant in Zeeland Charter Township

I go here a few times a week on my commute to Grand Rapids from Holland. Love this place! Really fast service. I’ve never had to wait more than 5 minutes total. From pulling into the line to driving out with my order, it’s normally around 3 minutes.

I wouldn’t recommend you to come here if you’re looking for more professional coffee beverages, but for a fun sugary drinkity drink it’s great! It’s like a biggby, but better. Great at speciality beverages, not so much if you’re looking for black coffee, americanos, cortados or anything. They have a ton of flavor options, my favorite is getting an iced oat milk cinnamon latte. Also they use Oatly oat milk, which is the best oat milk!

I will say, this morning I did go in, and got a bolt stuck into my tire in the drive through. My cars in the auto shop now getting a new tire, as it wasn’t repairable. But! That probably isn’t the fault of this shop at all, it wouldn’t surprise me if it fell out of another car before I got there. I attached an image for funsies!

After Lent, I craved me some iced coffee so today (Monday, April 1), I went to Ziggi’s Coffee right by my house. I ordered iced coffee with just Caramel and Melon Berry Tide with lemonade for my brother. I went there around 4:00pm and to the drive-thru. There was no car ahead of me and I received my drinks quick. The cashier/barista was very pleasant to talk to and she asked me about my Easter weekend. She was very friendly, kind, and has a great personality.

I would definitely go there again and order some drinks for my brother and for myself. The service was great and quick. I would recommend anyone to go there for some tasty iced coffee with caramel for a pick me up caffeine! My brother said his Melon Berry Tide was really good and would get it again in the future.

The coffee is the best I've had. As a non-coffee drinker it's smooth and mild. Otherwise I'm prone to getting an upset stomach.

I've been to Ziggi's several times and experienced a long wait at the drive thru. And engaged with cheerful staff. But the staff member today, though friendly, was not an active listener or able to read a social clue, creating awkwardness. For instance, I ordered my coffee and a pup cup, as they have them. I got to the window and paid. The girl chit chatted and asked what kind of dog I have and what my plans were for the evening. I let her know the breed and said I was on my way to have my pup groomed, so a pup cup was in order before. That way my pup would be cleaned up by the groomer.
