Burger King — Restaurant in Zillah

Had to drive thru drive 3 times in order for all the kids who were my sons friends to get their snack combo on mobile app! Only two orders per vehicle! The manager was very rude quite and seemed annoyed of her job! When we called to get let them know they forgot our nuggets for one of the orders she stated that she checked all the bags! When i asked for her name she would not give her name and instead talked over me and suggested we turn back go thru drive thru one more time so they can look through our orders! I called back the next day to speak to her manager. When I called it was the same manager and finally gave her name (Mary) I asked if I can speak to someone higher cause I did not want to talk to her. Mary then said there is no one else higher than her it’s just her! I called customer service burger guest relations line let them know about my experience at this location and also that I will not be returning to this sad awful location if she continued to manage it so unprofessionally. They apologized and stated manager should not be managing a location like this. I will be going to Sunnyside location ! I’d rather drive that way than...

While ordering through drive-thru we noticed an item was missing from our receipt while at the second window. When we brought it up to the cashier she said we would have to go all the way around AGAIN in drive thru to re-order one fry. We let them know we’re willing to pay and wait but still she said no. This would potentially make sense if they were slammed but there were zero customers behind us. When the manager (I think her name was Nicole) came to window she was rude, short, and cold in response. Mind you, we were very understanding willing to pay and just wanted the extra fry we ordered for our child. We asked why they couldn’t take our money and walk a few steps back to the other register but she refused. Then when I asked for the managers name she ignored me and walked away. My parents just went here maybe about less than an hour ago and ordered a whopper with bacon and cheese long story short they thought the sandwich didn’t have the cheese or bacon so they went in and spoke a manger keep in mind as soon as they went in she already had a horrible attitude to begin with and instead of listening to her customers and trying to make it right she took it upon herself to open the burger in front of them and dig through it until she found the cheese then said “here’s your cheese” put the bun back on and tried to give to them. Obviously my parents didn’t want it after her disgusting hands were all over it and she opened it on the counter. Fortunately she did refund the money but she has a major attitude problem and by reading the other reviews on this page it seems like this establishment has serious issues to address ASAP.
