My grandparents live here and I’m from out of town, Spokane to be exact.
My grandma spoke with Im not sure, a young gal on the phone and my grandma said it sounded like she was not paying attention because she was slow to respond to everything my grandma said during the order. I’m not sure if the girl my gram spoke to you while ordering was playing on her phone while my gram was talking and trying to order or what, my grandma is over 80 years old and she ordered a pizza for myself, her and gramp for dinner because she can hardly cook and my gramp is 82 and I have wounds all over my feet and a bone infection, Osteomyelitis. The customer service was horrible. As we speak it has been almost 2 hours since my grandma ordered the pizza for us and we still have not got it. I’m annoyed, disappointed and angry at the customer service from this Pizza Hut in Zillah, WA. The Pizza Hut staff told my 80 year old grandma she didn’t know if we wanted the order or not and when my grandma asked “why didn’t they call”. Read moreOne hour had gone by since I place my order. So I called them to see what's going on they got my address and phone number wrong. I asked them if they where going to make me a new order and asked how long has it been sitting she said I don't no. Brought me my order and it was cold and they missed things in my order. I called them to tell them about my order and said they can fix it but it will take up to a hour so I told them to never mind . On top of that when they showed up they didn't no I was paying with a card witch I told them. I had to sit outside with him and wait for them to clear this up. Just to find out they messed up my oder, and all of my stuff was cold . The person that took my order got it wrong my phone number wrong and my address. And they didn't say we will make a new oder for u or a discount or something. They didn't do anything to fix it. Made me pay full price for a cold order. Read moreThis place is constantly getting my drinks wrong, whenever I order drinks. They keep having me sign the receipt before I can even see if everything was there. 2x they left out half the order. When I called they blamed the driver for not taking it. When the driver showed up with it 30 mins later it was still not all there. I called the so called manager didnt even know how to check for the receipt. He said I only ordered 2 pizza's I said oh really I spent $177.00 on 2 pizzas. After being on hold for 10 mins he says well you have to wait 20 mins we need to make one and wait until a driver is back. I said just cancel it he didnt know how by this point. Said he will give me $12 off my next order it will appear next time I order online. That didnt show up either when I went to order a pizza for the kids and the drinks were wrong again.
