Caribou Coffee — Restaurant in Zimmerman

Alright, here’s the deal. I have been to a lot of caribous. I absolutely love their coffee, but unfortunately, sometimes it’s bad. I typically order an iced caramel high rise with Oatmilk and an extra shot. 5 times out of 10, the coffee I receive tastes burnt and not at all like it should. Now I didn’t catch her name, but the very nice girl that helped my boyfriend and I at this specific caribou KNEW what she was doing. Her customer service was on point, very friendly, and most importantly, she made the coffee right. Hands down one of the best coffees I’ve gotten from caribou in the past 10 years. Love love love it. 10/10 these people know what they’re doing....

Don’t order a matcha you won’t get a full cup. We’ve been going here for months with no problems now all of a sudden there’s a new person there and we’re getting half of our beverage and mostly foam. When asked for less foam I was told “we will try” and again it’s mostly foam hardly any drink in it. So basically I order a XL AND PAY for an XL but am only getting a med drink.and NO It’s NOT “the way they make the drinks” because BEFORE the new staff the cups were full we got what we paid for. I love caribou coffee and I’ve been going here for a long time but now they suck I asked for a chia with extra lavender and they gave me it with out any so I turned around and I asked if they can redo my drink and when I pulled to the window they game me a shot of lavender and said figure it out the next week I came back and wanted a cold frap when they made it they didn’t even mix it it was like a block of ice. I got a couple drinks where I asked for 0 ice and they decided to go and give me half a cup and gave me a cup of ice last time I’m coming here get some new working before you lose a lot...
