Sauce N Toss - Zion — Restaurant in Zion

I decided to try this place out, was working in the area, wasn't sure what to expect was it a sports bar? or restaurant? it turned out to be both, where I had an tasty and enjoyable meal and received Great service...

I Ordered the 3 three fingers chicken combo, it was reasonably priced and enough for me to eat at the time. It was an short wait...the attention I received from the customer service personnel was exceptional, the cashier made suggestions for the ways:

I could have the chicken tenders either dry or wet and tossed in the sauce or on the side ... I went for the mango explosion and garlic parmesan fries with a ranch dressing it was done to perfection the chicken flavorful and crispy the sauce was an excellent choice.

However I (would like to have had the fries to have been more well done they weren't all the way done not soft or fluffy in middle hard and undercooked(if well done was 3 mins 41/2 min should be an nice well done! )

The service is poor, the food is poor. I ordered there one week the order was wrong. Called spoke to the owner and he reassured me that he would replace my order. Called and got replacement order, when I went to pick up the replacement order the order was not complete and wrong. When I spoke to the person who claimed to be the owner which was a different person and not the “owner” that I spoke to originally he was hostile, very rude, and called me short of a liar. I am new in the area and I was referred by my mother that said the food was good. There are three other places that sell chicken in the area that I could have gone to but I took my mothers word and had the worst experience of my life. I really don't have any complaints about the food. Nothing overly spectacular and nothing bad. I took pictures of the burgers and the boneless wings and the corn and the calamari and the cheese fries and the hot buttered bun. You can make your own judgments by what you see. The tastes were good, the sauces were fantastic. The only reason I gave four stars was because they didn't have the alcohol yet and they didn't have the slot machines yet and they didn't have all of their televisions yet. When it's finished, it should be a destination for folks to watch the games and such. And of course everybody likes to play slots. The personnel were friendly, very engaging and polite. One thing I would have to say, I hope ownership passes along the tips to their employees! That really is against the law if they're not...
